I like the plan, but I'm only a few lessons in and I'm already confused by all the sheets and stuff we have to download. I feel like a lot of this may not apply to me because I'm very obese and have a lot to lose. The calorie sheet recommends 1200 calories when my baseline calorie usage is 2400 plus whatever I burn just being awake, moving around, etc. So I feel like it's really geared towards women who have maybe 30-50lbs to lose.
