So far, so good - re my personal interaction with personnel (two of the coaches and a couple of admin staff). The website is easy to use. The (nutritional) products are authentic and the recipe book I have purchased (the one with the cake on the cover!) has many enticing dishes - full of goodness, of course! This is now time for me to do some 'me-stuff' .... and, also, hopefully integrate a renewed approach for my other half. I appreciate the commitment of the Changing Habits team - but, keep it going! Thank you.
