Wow!! Truly life changing! I started sluggish, feeling out of control and unmotivated, now I’m up at 6am with a clear purpose, loving my new healthy eating and feel connected again to my body, mind and emotions. No longer emotionally eating, the program cleansed me, not only physically, but emotionally and mentally. My daughter has commented on how energetic I am and others say I’m glowing. Our physical body impacts all our other energy bodies and that has an impact on all those around us. Starting with the physical is powerful and allowing that cleansing to move through all aspects of our being is also a great service to others. Well done Cindy and the crew, you are doing great work.
