I purchased the book the drops and the bottle mineral boost. Firstly the order arrived in only a short time package was very well packaged. An easy process on line. I am so happy with the information in the book so easy to follow I just follow it to the T. I am on p4 and feel so much better and have lost 10kg. I will do round 2 after Christmas. I suggest reading the book over and over it answers all your questions and educates you on food and eating habits.
