I ordered 2 deluxe sympathy arrangements and paid for same day delivery. Neither arrangement was delivered. I called the next day, when they still had not been delivered and was told the delivery van broke down. They gave me this excuse for both deliveries. When I explained that the orders were for 2 different cities, I was then told that the flowers cost too much at one florist, so they had to send the order to another florist. I was then assured that both arrangements would be delivered the following day. Neither arrangement arrived until 2 days later! When one had been delivered but the other had not, I asked for a refund and was told they could not cancel the order because it was out for delivery. SO FRUSTRATING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Once both orders had been received, the recipients sent photos of what had been received, neither was what I would consider a deluxe arrangement. They were standard arrangements at best.
