I came across GMB fitness while looking for bodyweight training. I love the way the programmes are structured and the members' area is organised. The GMB team is very quick at answering questions about the programmes and the emails I get (I would believe you can opt out but the information in there is very useful) are extremely helpful as they always have some interesting piece of information which allows you to learn how to improve your physical health and fitness.
