I first started Mobility after a small injury. The progressive practice of mobilising different areas of the body was just what I needed to get back on track. The program is well delivered and accessible. I love the integration of locomotion patterns to apply range of motion with full body movement. Since using Mobility the first time it has been a mainstay of my mobility practice and I now use it to warm up for strength training sessions as well as troubleshooting tight areas whenever needed. I live this program and the results I’ve achieved with it!
