Love the Elements course which has taught me new skills and helps my body to move in sync. Two suggestions.
I know the course is meant to get people moving, with the sentiment that what you can do is ok and you’ll improve, but info on best practice and what perfect form should look like would be good. You generally can’t practice in a mirror so it would be good to have really good tips on movement while
Practising Second, I’m restarting the course and find it’s not very user friendly to be able to go back to earlier sessions in order
