The shopping experience was very good. It was quick, easy and efficient. The order was filled quickly and correctly. The only issue about the process was the FedEx delivery. The FedEx driver left the package by the roadside, next to the postal box. No notification was received from FedEx. If it had not been for the notification from Sprinkler Supply Store, I would not have known that the box was sitting at the roadside, easily picked up by anyone going by. UPS drops packages off next to our garage. My driveway is accessible. 5 stars for Sprinkler Supply Store. 0 stars for FedEx.
