I found the whole experience very easy and the communication was exceptional. Unfortunately, the only issue I had was not researching a bit more. I didn't realize the sprinklers I ordered used only female spray nozzle so will need to reevaluate what to do next. But this is on my and has nothing to do with the shopping experience or hardware that was ordered
