I ordered a part that was similar to what I needed. When the part arrived, I realized it was not the correct size. I called the phone number on the order paper and left a message. I received a return call in about half an hour. They even gave me the manufacturer's phone number so I could check directly with the manufacturer to confirm what I needed. They were professional, informative, and provided me with everything I needed. The customer service experience was great.
