Very satisfied with my experience. Fast shipping, good prices and quality parts. Emails were answered fairly quickly but the phone always went to voicemail. I would have preferred to speak to someone to take of my issues and not wonder whether an email would resolve it before shipping. I also think shipping was on the expensive side for the lightweight plastic sprinkler parts I needed.
