I had a defective Hunter controller. Your helpful representative advised me to pay for a new one and ship the old one back. This was the two would cross in shipping and I would be without the controller less time than if I just shipped my broken one back and you then shipped me a new one. Sure enough my new controller arrived the same day that my old one arrived at your business. I received an email the next day telling me that you did receive it and were issuing a credit. I could not be happier with your service. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
