Due primarily to fatigue, when I placed my order recently I made several mistakes. I texted their support team over a holiday weekend recieved initial response from their ever-aware response- robot and then exquisite personal attension the first business day thereafter. Most was handled even before i ever spoke with their team. Excellent care and concern, not to mention the products themselves. An overall enjoyable experience with all mistakes on my part corrected and resolved. Highly reccomend the company and the personal.
