Pricing and customer service are outstanding. One area that could be improved is the handling of out of stock items. Holding orders having components on back-order for 5 to 7 days interrupts jobs schedules. Items in stock should be shipped at the freight method original selected and back ordered parts shipped in an expedited manner.
