They can definitely improve on the packing when shipping a large quantity in a single box, however their was absolutely no hassle or questions when I sent a note telling them of what got damaged in the shipment. They promptly shipped replacement items and communicated immediately that status. When you are in the same class of customer service as Amazon, you are sure to be successful. Will be ordering more from them.
