Service was good. Communication regarding purchase and return was good. I now consider your company as very reputable and would recommend you to others. Only one minor complaint. Your shipping cost is too high especially since you do not refund shipping and you charge a 20% restocking on returns. I returned the parts to you through USPS for $3.03 but your charged $8.00 to ship it to me originally. So I calculate you profited $5.00 on shipping and 20% on restocking. That is a really good profit margin for not making a conclusive sale. I would hope you make adjustments to these charges to be more fair to your customers. Edward Strittmatter
