I found the communication to be above and beyond. It took almost a week for my product to arrive (which seems like a long time in this world of instant gratification but is really reasonable) and I was kept informed every step of the way. I always knew where my package was. It is very important as I live in a city neighborhood and packages go missing frequently so I have to make sure I am home when they arrive or very soon after.
