Been renting along the �Destin/PC Corridor� for over 20 years, specifically 30A for the last 15. 360 Blue is the very best in the business. I highly recommend their concierge service. In my mind, it truly sets them apart. 360 Blue is our go-to source.

House was terribly dirty, not maintained. 90% of shades on lower level didn't work, master bath had roaches, microwave was broken, grout in guest baths was black, etc No compensation was offered. Renter beware.

The property we rented in Watersound was as described and in good condition. But when one of our bikes belonging to the house was swiped from a bike stand near the beach we reported it to 360Blue and they charged my credit card $100 immediately. We found the bike and got our money back but I feel they should have waited until we checked out to Charge for missing property. Also wrote after checkout about an expensive down pillow we left, asking if they would mail it back at our expense and got no response. � (pillow was in print pillowcase-obviously not belonging to house.)

Great response time. Clean sheets and towels. Excellent customer service. I only look for houses managed by 360 Blue.

This house was everything advertised. We had a group of 16 and there was more than enough room for everyone. The pool and spa, with heat, was a big hit with the adults and kids. The house has everything you need for your stay. I would recommend this house to any large group.

All of our dealings with 360 Blue from beginning to end was a great experience. They are organized, friendly and make everything easy for those of us who rent.

The main house was solid. The real problem was with the Carriage House. The bedroom was small with a queen bed. it was difficult to use the closet in the bedroom with the way the door opened and the nightstand in the way. There is no need to have the living and kitchen area as guests spend the majority of time in the main house. Finally, the bathroom was ridiculously small and the shower was almost unusable. The Carriage House should be completely redone.

360 Blue made check-in super easy with their phone app. We called two times during the week for minor items (hangers needed in the closet, etc...) and they were highly responsive and very friendly. GREAT customer service. Bravo -- we will return!

horrible experience, even though I complained about this several times, no one has ever bothered to call me back. We had smoke detectors going off in the middle of the night, cockroaches all over the 1st floor and thick, black mold on the outdoor patio. By far the worst experience to date and this is our 4th year vacationing in Watercolor. Probably won't be using 360 Blue--I really think that your staff is very inattentive to customer's needs. We spent a small fortune for a 1 week stay and were beyond disappointed.

Terrible! Contacted company on multiple occasions due to medical issue and not being able to use our condo. I was told I would be contacted back once they spoke to property manager/homeowner, but they never contacted me back. I understand that my trip was non refundable because we did not purchase insurance, but if you say your going to contact me back, then the customer service thing to do is contact me back. The least that could of been done was refund the cleaning fee, since the unit was not used. Travel to Destin/Santa Rosa Beach area at least 2x a year and there is a reason we use other rental companies. Never again with 360.

We had the most wonderful time and the property was outstanding!!!! Can't wait to do this again soon !!! We would stay in this same house!!
