“This was one of the best vacations I have ever taken. Going to the hub is a great idea. You can't beat 360 blue or watersound. It was an incredible experience. Family friendly and great for other relatives to come stay with you. Loved the properties!”
“The property was well taken care of, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bed linens and towels were high quality like a hotel and that is always appreciated! The pool was beautiful but would have been extra special if it were heated. The only bump in the road were the provided watercolor passes ... they never worked at the resort. We would definitely rent from 360 Blue again.”
“This was our first time with using 360blue we felt the staff was very kind and quick to call us back when we left a message. What our frustration was the pool was dirty when we got to the home on Saturday it took till late Monday afternoon before it could be cleaned due to the weekend we were told we also paid 25$ a day to heat the pool and the water stayed around 80-82 when we called to say it was cold they sent someone out and said it was at 86 but I explained I have a heater at home an I know what 86 feels like and this anit it.. I felt like they didn't believe us. After the second time we called about the pool still not being hot they sent someone out again but this time we were at the home and met the pool guy he took a reading of the pool and sure enough it was at 82 but the pool heater read 86 and was locked so no one could make any changes or adjust the temperature so he advised it must be broke and he would let the office know about it... they called us the next day and advised we would not be charged the 200.00$ pool heater cost since we had so many problems and we were very pleased to hear that , but when we got home an checked our credit card we indeed were charged for the pool heater... I'm upset because this was my birthday week to spend with my husband and 4 year old daughter and I felt stressed out over the fact we never got to use the pool and the tv in the living room didn't work half the time we had to go to our bedroom to watch tv. Overall it was just frustrating. I will give 360blue another chance down the road and hopefully will have a better time.”
“We do large family vacations a couple times a year. This was the most well equipped kitchen and cleanest house we have stayed in for years. Called the office a couple times with questions. Phone was answered promptly and all our questions answered. Does not have a forth bedroom, but kids slept comfortably in hallway.”
“This company was great. There was an issue with an ice maker in the freezer as well as the free standing ice maker. 360 immediately sent a technician out with in the hour. The parts had to be ordered so no ice. 360 immediately brought several bags of ice to us. Also ice was delivered every day to us to. That is service !! The whole process of checking in and out was very easy. The concierge services were also great ! Everyone I talked wth was very professional and friendly. We would definitely use 360 Blue again on our next visit !!!!”
“360 Blue sales and service personnel were excellent. The service people especially. However, whoever is responsible for checking that the rental is "ready' for occupancy needs to improve. I had multiple problems that should and could have been avoided if someone had simply spent 10 minutes looking over the property before we arrived.The service people were quick to respond but it still took time for the pool water to warm and the main level ice maker could not be fixed and a new one could not be installed before our departure. I appreciate the consideration from 360 Blue to compensate for the issues we encountered.”
“Absolutely Home Started off a bit bumpy due to some AC and maintenance issues with the house but the owners and 360 Blue (especially Charity) really worked hard to get everything fixed. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely use them again. This is our second time to book a home through 360 Blue. Suggestion: Maybe put frosted glass on bathroom windows in downstairs master bedroom. House next door looks directly into bathroom and shower. We placed foil over the windows temporarily for privacy.”
“we have had 2 years of amazing stays. 360 is professional and makes renting so easy. We only had one issue which is that we left a few things behind and called to have them check and we never heard back after speaking with someone. The house was incredible.”
