They didn’t say on there website it was out of stock. So I’ve asked for refund. Not heard back from them yet. This company I believe is owned by AMAZON .Com USA You would think they would have a better system wouldn’t you avoid them like the plague do. Or deal with.

I ordered an item they sent the wrong product and then don't give you a suitable option for exchange or make any effort to send the correct product. Unreliable, untrustworthy company.

I ordered a part in March, with an expected delivery date of May. It's now June and I have still not received my part, my email enquiries are not answered and I stopped receiving updates on my order in April. This company cannot be trusted. Worst thing is, I arrived at the site through a Beko link thinking I was ordering a genuine spare part. I will avoid Beko and avoid 4OurHouse in future. The two are a disgrace. One makes terrible products, the other just takes your money and leaves you hanging.

I have a part and need to return it. It won't let me because they will not recognise my email address from the email they send me to print the return label. I am so frustrated. Sort it out

I would give it zero stars if possible. How this company is still operating is beyond me. 6 weeks I bought a spare part and was told delivery in 5 days. Then I was email and told congratulations your order is coming in 4 to 6 weeks. Yeah they acted like they were doing me a favour. Now the 6 weeks us up I have received an email to say congratulations your part will be here in 2 to 4 weeks??? No explanation or anything. They're making it out like they are doing me a favour. So I replied to the email and it's been returned as undelivered. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company. They take your money and 2 months later still no closer to receiving the part

Awful service - ordered a fridge drawer almost 6 weeks ago and keep getting emails to say it is in stock and will be delivered in 5 days but nothing after that. Have requested full refund and still no response. Do not use this company !! You have been warned

i panicked after seeing so many negative reviews, but my parts have arrived quickly in perfect condition and were reasonably priced

Pretty hopeless company. Claim to have the parts then don't and they don't know when will be available. Ordered early December and still no Idea when will be available. No customer care phone numbers. Would make me reconsider buying Hoover products next time.

Waited over 2 weeks for delivery but item still never arrived. Its lost somewhere. 4ourhouse tell me they will not issue a refund until royal mail return the parcel. Sounds like I will not get my part OR my refund.

I've just read all the negative reviews and decided to add my experience. I ordered hinges for an older NEFF main oven door. Looking at the website the hinges looked like the ones I required and so I ordered them. When they arrived they were obviously incorrect for my model. When I contacted 4OURHOUSE they could not have been anymore helpful. They refunded my payment very quickly and identified the correct part number but unfortunately the hinges are no longer available from NEFF. NOT A 4OURHOUSE PROBLEM. in my opinion this company are reputable and a joy to deal with.

I just placed an order 2 days ago for an oven seal and a fridge water filter, one order of 142 Eur. After the purchase has completed now I see every day this con website is charging me every day a random 60-80 euros for no purchase I have made with them.... Is this not illegal? How does this company still exist out there? And no way to stop these charges coming through? Aib saying to talk to them when there is no phone number and then to ask Aib to open a dispute. And what, in the meantime this con website called 4ourhouse to empty my bank account? Totally outrageous, have been shopping with any other merchant for 10 years and never has such thing happened.

Website states next-day delivery. After purchase you receive an email stating 5-7 working days. When you can el they then send you an email saying your order has been cancelled and your card has not been charged. Then they charge your card the day after and send you a 'order dispatched' email. When try to contact them, all you get are emails that look like automated replies, but no assistance. AVOID THIS SITE PIKE THE PLAGUE. I ended up using espares instead.

It's been nothing short of a terrible experience with 4ourhouse or rangemaster-spares.co.uk as I've been directed through. In this order 1. Put double the purchase amount into holding so my bank account was short an extra £150. 2. Sent double of one part 3. Sent the wrong part entirely for the second part of my order and told me it was the correct part even though it didn't fit and looked nothing like the original and also looked nothing like the part advertised on their website. 4. Have just asked me to purchase the part again because they can't send out the replacement piece on the same order. They have rectified where they can but not fully and compensated for the extra item, but all in all it's just been shocking and fishy from the get go when they couldn't tell me when the £150 they put into holding through my bank account would be released.

Awful appalling service! I ordered a lid for my Kenwood liquidiser. I was sent a completely different item. This was a mistake on their part of course, but I sent them a picture of what I had been sent. In response I was told to wait 2 working days while they investigated. I waited 4 working days and then they sent me an email saying their system did not allow replacements to be sent out and so they would not replace the item they had mistakenly sent me, and that I would have to reorder the item I wanted. They would only give me a refund when I return the mistaken item to them. If their system does not allow it, why not tell me straight away instead of making me wait four days?! Really horrifyingly bad service: to keep the money I have paid, and to refuse to send the item I have ordered! Don't use this company!

Appalled company. Continued delivery updates,each time the goal posts are moved. I would not do business with this lot again. Four months now for the parts
