Was a customer with them for 5 years! I had an apr interest of 29.9 % , I called them after 5 years and asked for a lower apr interest, they said there was nothing they could do! I told them for being a customer for 5 years that’s pretty ridiculous they can’t help me out, they offered a temporary reduce apr of 0% for a limited time, I denied and told them I would be taking business else where! Screw them!

Got this card via Apple when I bought a new phone, started with $1000 limit which climbed up to $7000 over a few years. Never missed a payment according to both credit agencies however when I got my balance down to $2000 they cut my limit to $2500 which cost me 30+ points on my score blaming my account being in arrears.

Don’t sign for for this card. I’ve had multiple two charges that needed to be disputed. Neither one was a legitimate charge (one due company who did not send me the products I ordered and one due to a merchant failing to provide the service after payment) but each time, all it takes is the other party to lie for them to close your dispute and make you pay the charge anyway. They read you a script about your next steps and basically say sorry this is your problem not mine. I’m paying off my card and ditching this company because they are useless.

Bad card to get. I signed up online on Nov 22. Never received a card or card number. Charged the card once in Dec for $160. Since I could not pay online(no card no). I paid $350/- on March through telephone. Where the agent promised a reversal of the late fees (Dec-mar) as the bank not not sent card. Again I was told I “owed $101/- in April 23. I have paid $450/- for a $160/- transaction. No fault on my side. Don’t do it there are other cards that offer better rewards

They would get a zero if I could give it. Customer service don't know anything, pretty much a waste of time to call them. Fraud department, why even have one for what good they are. Shredded my card and we'll never do business with them again.

Customer service is a joke. Not sure what country they have outsourced this to, but these poor employees are only trained to read a script over and over. Go up to supervisor level and the language is easier to understand, but they have no authority to actually do anything. Zero help and they absolutely do not care about their customers. Move on to another financial institution, this one is bottom of the barrel.

Barclay cards customer service is not helpful, they pretty much read off a script, barclay is not willing to work with you , I would stick with discover, their customer service is amazing and they do work with their customers, do not recommend barclaycard…

I was hospitalized and missed a payment. When I called to make the payment and let them know why I missed the payment they basically said that stinks but you have to make that payment, a late fee AND next months payment now. Then they lowered my credit limit significantly and messed up my credit score. I can't wait to pay off that balance in a few months and dump them for good!

For the second time this card lowered my limit even though I have NEVER had a late payment with them. This happened while I was traveling in Turkey and was DEPENDING on this card for a car rental. They just did the SAME thing and I leave to Italy tomorrow at 4 am!! I was depending on this card for my car rental. It is unfathomable that they would do this with NO NOTIFICATION. Completely unreliable for use during travel!!!

I have a barclays Jet Blue card. Your customer service representatives upto and including supervisors done know their own product line and insisted that my Jet Blue card did NOT have a statement credit feature even when i was reading it to them verbatim off my account stating that there absolutely! The representative kept insisting that there was not and my rewards points could only be redeemed for flights and not statement credit. The misinformation your customer service representatives gave me caused me serious problems! PLEASE RETRAIN THEM TO KNOW AND UNDERSTAND WHAT BENEFITS ARE PROVIDED ON THE JET BLUE CARD AND THAT REWARDS POINTS CAN BE REDEEMED FOR STATEMENT CREDITS!

I used my Barclays credit card in Ireland. The Government of Ireland made an unauthorized, Illegal charge on my credit card. Barclays said to me “sorry, they can’t help me.” Whatever you do, I highly recommend that you avoid using a Barclay Bank issued credit card when traveling internationally. They surely don’t have your back. Even when a charge is not authorized by you. They don’t charge a fee for international transactions but they also don’t provide service for international transactions either. Use their credit cards at your own risk.

My Barclaycard card got restricted and I was unable to make online transactions as well as withdraw money, I reached out to the customer service support to assist me in resolving my challenge but they kept giving me automated response, and did not rectify my problem. I then seeked for the help of a cybersecurity attorney to intervene on my behalf because I had thousands of dollars stocked up in that account and not having accessibility to Make use of my money was heartbreaking, I filed a case with { R È SU C • ÓRG }. Have been happy with Card until I was double charged for a hotel stay that I had infact Cancelled within the valid cancellation period. The customer service people in the Resolution Disputes Dept were clueless. I explained the situation numerous times but they kept closing the case after ONE charge was refunded when I needed BOTH charges refunded.

I already paid my all dues in bigining of November -22 after so many time I called they give me credit in November end and in January they revoked and I already sent two times all related document with certified mail but still waiting resolved the issue more over due to this my credit line dropped significantly this is the worst card I had even the fax number they give it’s not working after 4 times number is correct I already sent all the details in fax also but no answer The worst thing they do not take any correspondence by mail and give resin for customer safety this is totally make us fool everything is now on email and I already spent more then 15$ for all this and they charge every month late fees interest etc This is worst card I ll never recommend it

Hopeless - inexplicably reduced my credit limit. I’ve been a customer >20 years, never missed a payment and had a platinum card. I hadn’t used it and didn’t need to, and my credit score had actually gone up >600 but galling to see nonetheless. No explanation provided. I shredded it and got a competitors black card with a higher limit within 48hr. Don’t bother with Bcard… they’re rubbish.

The absolute worst. They had a glitch that took out autopay twice... When they went to fix it, they reversed both, then said I was delinquent.

I have never missed or have been late with a payment. I have other cards that I use a lot for rewards/cash back bonuses that are better than Barclay cash back. They are constantly lowering my available credit. Their reasoning is high usage on one or more accounts. Well yeah if I get better rewards/cash back I think anyone would do that. Done with them. I will be going to Citi bank
