They source their tyres from diffirent warehouses across Canada. Basically a tire broker, masked as a tire store. They hold NO inventory of anything they sell on their website. Your order may come from diffirent warehouses, so NEVER them that they said believe it will come in 1 order in 6 business days. Tire products have different mfc dates, with some as old as years ago. Remember tires are only good for 6 yrs from mfc date. Ergo, cheap tires on their websites mean they got you OLD tires. Buyers BEWARE!

Fitting booked on a Thursday for following Tuesday (today) then told can’t find a fitter for another 8 days. Tyres were needed for a family road trip. Seems once they have your money time scales don’t matter!!!

Absolutely useless. Couldn’t get first date I asked for so called garage myself and asked when could do it. I passed this to BC and today get email from them saying they most probably won’t make it !! The booking is 3 days away !! Lesson Lesrned. Shop local pay but extra to get job done .

I've used Blackcircles many times over the years usually without any problems. But I don't what has changed in recent years but my experience this week was the worst ever. Placed and order and paid extra for mobile fitting, was told the mobile fitter wasn't available, so asked for a refund of that fee and I'll go to the fitting centre instead. Next get a message saying the wrong tyres have been recommended and they need to be changed. I said now that it's the wrong tyres and the fitting isn't what I wanted just cancel and refund the full order and I'll put on a new order with everything I need correctly. Since my request for a cancelation and refund I haven't had a single reply from Blackcircles Customer Support in 3 days. The tyres were supposed to be fitted yesterday! Opened a new ticket to officially request a cancelation and refund with an auto response promising a reply in 1 business day. 2 days later no reply to that new ticket or my previous one. I have now been forced to get Paypal involved to get my money back and Blackcircles are not replying to my messages. Awful customer support run by a bunch who clam up when you want your money back despite all problems with my order being caused by them. I am a long running customer for more than 10 years, but now I'll never return to use Blackcircles after this experience. Utter rubbish, avoid at all costs.

There mobile fitters are lazy Never show up and love to cancel , keep you waiting thinking you can keep taking days off work

Blackcircles UK/Customer service (not the garage fitters): I ordered just mail order tyres, no fitting, on a Saturday (staff are there), and the tyres were due to arrive on Tuesday. On Monday at 12:33PM I got an email saying the tyres were out of stock! I was offered a very similar tyre for the same price (it was normally overpriced, so pretty much the same deal). I replied to the email saying I will accept the swap, but needed to know when I will get them, assuming I won't be getting them tomorrow (Tuesday) any more, but 4hrs later, I have heard nothing more from them, and they have not given me a phone number to call! I tried to call them on Saturday because their website's payment system was down, but no one answered the phone, and I was on the line for 30 minutes! I recommend you compare prices from your local tyre place - I have found 4 better tyres locally that are cheaper now, but Blackcircles have left me in limbo all day. Only use this company if you have no time constraints, don't mind being let down at the last minute, or if you are 100% sure they're the cheapest.

I've used BC twice now and on both occasions they've been in touch with me less than 2 days prior to my appointment to let me know that the garage can't fit me in. Absolutely ridiculous - how hard is it to stick to a booking!? This is be the last time I use them.

Let me down wifh my order twice, just let me know day before the fitting. No one answers the phone you could spent hr of waiting to get back to you. Its easy to make an appointment with GP. Cold replys on emails only if you starting to complaint. Leayers said they would give me a 20 pohnds back , becouse of the inconvinience still waiting almoust 2 weeks. But its doesnt matter for me that 20 pounds. Its a ponit 3 weeks in total from my order they waisted my time. Never ever again. They dont have a stock, or saying your delivery was missing. Or if you not accept the offer they suggest you, they just cancelled your order in general with no reason. Shity services avoid as possible.

They are terrible in the UK. I had the worst experience with a company in my life. Bought tyres and paid for the fitting which showed as available on the website. After the order was made they requested to change the fitting date saying they were not able to fit the tyres in the first date which I accepted... Arriving the second fitting date, suggested by them as available for fitting the tyres... New change of date requested by them... Once again I accepted change all my plans... Third date happened and nobody showed up, not even a call received providing an explanation making me stay hours waiting and changing once again all my plans. Result: almost 4 weeks and nothing. Now without my permission they booked a fitting date sending me an email and not even waiting for my reply if I'm available or not. What a nightmare. Refund requested that I believe will be also be another nightmare. Avoid this company is my recommendation.

Ordered my tyre tues for fitting Friday, Thursday evening “failed to deliver tyre, rescheduled for the Tuesday, now Monday, failed to deliver again and this time not rebooked but at least another 3 days.. I go away in 4! Joke

!!!MISLEADING!!! What a joke of a company! Ordered tyres for the amount of £300. Meant to be fitted in two days time. This company emailed me to say that they can’t be fitted on that day due to the garage not having the space they have advertised on the website (misleading). I agreed to a new date and I got another email later that day explaining that they can’t do that date too because they won’t be able to deliver the tyres in time to the garage, and that next fitting date will have to be another 3 days on top of that so by this time it’s 5 days away. A day before the fitting is due (today) at 5pm half an hour before their office shuts they email me to say that they didn’t manage to deliver my tyres to the garage and the fitting has to be moved another 2 days. Avoid this cowboy company at all costs not worth it might as well go to Asda tyres cheaper tyres and fittings available next day!

If you want a company to get in the way of you getting tyres on your car use Black Circle. I'm now on my 3rd appointment risking 12 points every time I use my car. I've been shouted at by one of their Customer service advisors. Can't think of a worse customer service experience.

AVOID. Booked and paid for new tyres. Was scheduled for Saturday at 10am. Received an email on Friday at 4pm advising the tyres were not available and it had been rebooked for a Tuesday. They advise their courier service let them down but to only be advised of the same at 4pm the evening before the fitting is unacceptable. I'm running on nearly bald tyres and am now left in a very difficult potentially dangerous situation, particularly with the very cold weather we currently have. This was booked over a week ago so there is no reason for such a late notification. To rebook a weekend slot to a weekday slot is also a joke. Don't waste your time!

Worst experience ever! Avoid at all costs!!! Ordered tires 25th and waited to receive the confirmation from the garage. After 3 days of receiving no confirmation I decided to called the garage to see what's going on, they guy said tire machine is broken and we already informed Blackcircle. (No communication at all!! Total mess!!). Then called blackcircle to book me for another garage they booked for another garage and on the phone gave me the address and said he also send me the email confirmation but didn't send me email confirmation! Been waiting all day to get an email but i didn't and decided to give them a call but they were closed. Tried to find the number from Google as he gave me the address then called the new garage to confirm have blackcircle booked me for tomorrow at 8:30am? They were not aware of it and he said it's the 6th time it happens they just book people in without any confirmation just come tomorrow and I'll change the tires. Absolute mess!! No communication between them and the garage and the customers. People be aware when you order from them you have to keep following up between the garage and the blackcircle. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Tyres ordered on 09/12/2020 and booked it to get fitted on Saturday 12/12/2020...Blackcircle did not deliver, Tried to get job done at another fitting station via black Circle...not possible, the fitting station wanted £60 for 2 wheel wheel alignment. Booked into the first fitting station via black circle for the following Saturday 19th December, get the car down to the fitting station at 08:25hours, fitting station phones me at 11:25 saying black circle had failed to deliver the tyres yet again. Came home phoned black circle to ask what on earth was going on? Asked to have my £252.07 refunded immediatly and was told refunds would take 3-5 working days, Black circle have had my money since 09/12/2020 and they want to keep it longer...infact possibly over the Christmas period???? I could have been fined and got points on my license because of these clowns...ABYSMAL SERVICE!!!

I ordered 4 Transforce AT2 tires. I was delivered 3 of these tires, and 1 "Destination XT" how can I install 3 of the same tire and one different. I've emailed them and they haven't responded. I can't put these on until I get all 4!

Awful experience from start to finish. From booking and selecting order this process was frustrating and a poor customer experience I do not want again, I would not recommend Blackcircles and will not book again. Booking was made online on the 25th Nov for booking on Monday 30th, booking was confirmed on 26th Nov for Tuesday 1st Dec at time dictated by fitter that was not suitable for myself due to work commitments. I made plans with work to allow attendance at fitting. On day of fitting scheduled at 11.45am, I woke to view email to advise the tyres had not been delivered and the appointment was being pushed back until Thursday 3rd Dec at 11.45. Upon reading email regarding delay I phoned and discussed my concerns with customer services about this delay and issues this causes myself with work etc and the reply was shockingly poor. The advisors I have spoken to time and time again failed to offer any suitable resolution, no managers called back when promised and it was dictated to me when I should get the tyres fitted. I had already taken day off work for the booking only for last minute cancelation and was expected to take more time out work to attend appointment when it suited blackcircles, interesting that the customer service rep confirmed if she was in my position with moved booking that blackcircles themselves expect staff to give a min of week notice to take annual leave and could not tell me why the expectation of my employer should be any different. When trying to resolve this booking and its delays with customer services, I was somewhat amazed at the solutions offered... these included the suggestion of collecting the tyres and to take them elsewhere to be fitted!! wow! that was a shock.... When it was made clear numerous times to several members of the customer service team that the inconvenience caused was not acceptable and I could not take more time out work for the appointment it was suggested I could drop off the car in morning and get public transport to work and collect car again after work with blackcircles paying my public transport cost - I take this as an insult! This option was inappropriate given the inconvenience caused already to this point and the fact I would not be able to travel to and from within opening times of fitter and my commitment to my employer. When rejected and pushed I was offered a mobile tyre fitter but I highlighted the fact I had already paid for wheel alignment which could not be completed by mobile fitter and it was then suggested I take my business elsewhere. I refused given the time it had already taken and insisted the booking is resolved at which point I was advised my only option is to accept the re-scheduled appointment. At numerous points I was promised a call back from managers and no call arrived leaving me to call again and again to resolve the booking itself.... On day of rescheduled appointment I attended the fitting as directed and was left waiting for 30 mins before any work started despite no other cars in for any fitting. The car was not put on a ramp, only front end raised using 2 jacks with wheels removed and new tyres fitted. Tyres fitted but the wheels then reattached not using correct torque given the power tools used. as a final insult, NO WHEEL ALIGNMENT was completed despite all the issues with this booking to date this was missed and not completed. During fitting I noticed the 2 employees on site looking inside the car, when questioned they said they was looking for the tyre pressure label and proceeded to inflate the 2 front tyres. Upon leaving the fitters and checking the tyre pressures set by the fitter, both front tyres had been set to 45psi which is over the recommended pressure for the car / tyres. When booking was complete I phone to highlight my displeasure with the lack of wheel alignment that had been included for £30 and not complete by the fitters. Option for review blocked due to deleting booking and new booking without alignment

Dont stand behind their products. I purchased tires from them, I was happy with the initial delivery. Their site is ok to use. BUT, after getting them mounted, 80km later a bubble appeared in one. My tire shop told me I shouldnt drive, CS responses have been days apart and require me to ping them to get any response. I finally got some concrete info from them and their response was to blame an invisible road hazard without any indication it would be so. They then told me that if I wanted warranty service I would have to pay to send the tire away. And due to them not having stock that I could call around to local garages to try and find one. Meanwhile, I still cant drive my vehicle... I left the call with no resolution and no timeline to resolution. Simply put, they dont stand behind their product as when something goes awry, their solution is to put the responsibility on anyone else that they can.
