“I had a package coming from Austailia to NY.Have used FedEx in the past with no problem.The package was supposed to arrive in 5 business days.Took over 2 weeks.The most aggravating shipping experience I ever had.When my package arrived LA ,it sat there in customs for a week.I didnt know what was going on.I had to contact DHL( Which wasnt easy.Then they told me I needed to send info on my social security card.If I didnt call them , nothing would have been done
Then they said all was good.But it wasnt.It still sat in customs for more days.Then I find out that I have to pay duties on my package in advance or DHL would send it back to Austalia
It finally was cleared and got to NY.
Where it sat for another 2 days.I was tracking the shipping all the time It was so stressful.Never thought I would get my pkg but it finally arrived after 2 weeks.I will never use DHL again.

“I’m starting a campaign to put DHL out of business. Many want to just complain, I want to see them belly up!
Write to the Division of Consumer Affairs in your state. You should also file a complaint with the Federal Government as well.
This will eventually stop DHL from misleading and “could careless attitude”.”

This morning I found tracking, it said I was 91, driver on way to 34...... and when it got to 39 it vanished, now it doesn't do anything.

On Wednesday, they said my parcel was out for delivery. It was NOT delivered.
On Thursday,they said my parcel was out for delivery. It was NOT delivered.
On Friday,they said my parcel was out for delivery. It was NOT delivered.
Today, Saturday, they said that my parcel didn't even make it on to the delivery vehicle and that it might be delivered on Monday!
Moreover, they made it clear that their contract was not with me but with the company from which I ordered this product. They were unhelpful and completely uninterested in resolving my issue.
I implore you not to use DHL and not to order products from companies who use DHL.”
“This by far the worst possible shipping company you can use. They advertised a 4 day shipping service and then the item didn't get delivered for 2 weeks. When I called for updates all they could tell me is that they don't know why there is any delay. They were also very rude and had zero customer service. I later asked for a refund and they refused. They claim that it was my fault that the item wasn't delivered on time. Even though I gave them all the documents that I was supposed to print and hand off. Again, horrible service, waste of money, lies and gaslighting. Save your money. They will not get the job done.”
