I called and 20 minutes later go a live person in chat and also live person on phone.
They confirm all information was correct but will not deliver until the next day. They screw up and the customer still has to pay them for DHL Screwup.

“Shockingly bad. I’m surprised they’re still in business. I was due an urgent delivery today. Received an email saying parcel refused! My CCTV shows they had not even approached my property. I’ve tried calling to be passed on 3 times and cut off twice. When I heard DHL was delivering my parcel my heart sank. Why in earth do any decent businesses use them?

“Worst company to ever deal with. They were supposed to delivery my two suitcases a small one and a larger one on the same day. They delivered the smaller one and said I was not home to deliver the second one. I got an email later that day saying it was ready for collection at the DHL point, but they did not specify which location. What a disaster that the product then got sent back to the seller without notifying me. The DHL customer service team is so slow at responding, that they sent it back a week later before they even investigated the issue. I had to repurchase a new one again and waiting on the refund for the other. Avoid avoid avoid DHL.”

How useless to be 5 days late. I paid for express. I hope to get a refund AND I will have to return the item to the supplier, so I would expect no charge for DHL to collect and courier the gift back to the supplier.”

“I own an apparel and sports clothing business that works with manufacturers specifically in China. I have had a package stuck in US Customs for over 10 days now and another package stuck in US Customs for 3 days.
When contacting DHL Customer Support, I have been met with nothing but ignorance and no accountability. One customer support agent handed me off to another, which never got back to me. The help has been terrible and I still do not have my package. I got hung up on when on the phone earlier today with a support agent.”

Good luck attempting to contact anyone who knows anything, they just parrot prewritten apologies and have zero clue into who has a package, where it is or most importantly why it wasn't delivered.”

After the second attempted delivery I tried to reschedule via the digital assistant and it had no clue what to do and kept rejecting all my information. I had to pay forty dollars extra shipping to get this here on time and I still don't have it.”
