“So after being a week late, me calling four times, sending them the invoice, confirming my address, they said they were gonna deliver my package and I needed to show ID. Okay cool right? Delivery man didn't even try to deliver it. Now I have to wait to pick up a delivery that was supposed to be delivered in two days.”

Nasty terrible horrible disgusting the worst
I order something to my home, but decided to change address to Miami from lake placid address. They assured me numbers of times. Ok. Then I drive way to Miami. Call them 2 times they said it will be here in Miami today. So I wait a few hours. Call back. Now she say it's in transit and I will get a notification when it's there. So I asked will it be here before 5pm she assured me. On her end yes it will be there before 5pm. Ok now I told you I drove from lake placid FL to homestead. Now I go from homestead to Miami gardens to pick up my package. Get there. They say it's not there. And it's still in lake placid. And that it will not make it here today. It was 3pm at the time. They said they said they close at 6:30pm. Ok so I told the people in the DHL office in Miami gardens. I said ok since it's not going to be here in Miami today. I'm leaving back to lake placid tomorrow. Can they leave it there. They say ok. So they started doing something in the CPU. So at this time I'm on the phone wit DHL. so when I walk back in. They give me a paper and said it's being held in lake placid. So I said ok. But still on the phone wit DHL explaining it to them. Now the guy I'm talking to on the phone from DHL said I see it's been changed to be held in fort Myers. But clearly 3 times said lake placid. Ok now I tell the guy I'm on the phone wit from DHL to change it back to Miami and I will pick up before I go back to lake placid. He say he can't until 24hrs. So I ask to speak to a supervisor. He said he submitted something for the supervisor to call me in 90mins. Ok no call at all. So then I look at my phone notification it said nobody was home. When they came to deliver. So I call back tell them all this that's documented. And all they did was ask me if I wanted to now ship it back to lake placid first address which is my home. So I'm asking the guy I'm on the phone wit from DHL wat do y'all do for customers in these situations. My event was ruined because I couldn't pick up my package. I wasted minimum $60 in gas on this blank trip. So now I'm knowing most likely it's now going to fort Myers lol and then when they see it supposed to be sent to my home. They will send it. I PRAY YALL READ THIS AND DONT COUNT ON DHL THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I NEVER WROTE A BAD REVIEW IN MY LIFE. PROBABLY NEVER WROTE A GOOD ONE EITHER. BUT THIS WAS A HORRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AN TOTAL EMBARRASSMENT I WOULDN'T TELL NOBODY TO USE DHL. THEY USE TO BE GOOD A LOT OF TIMES I USE THEM BEFORE THIS DONT SHIP WIT DHL I REPEAT DO NOT SHIP WIT DHL

“Honestly I've been using dhl for 4 years weekly and up until recently never had any issues.
For some reason I pay top dollar for delivery and it's being delivered by Australia post.
My latest delivery had been sent to the wrong side of the country and was supposed to be here last week. Now apparently I'll get it some time in the next week or so. Absolutely ridiculous”
“If I can, then I will give negative rating. The more and more worst customer and delivery experience I've ever experienced. I sent the package from Germany to India using DHL Express, and it shows as delivered to the destination within two working days. It's unrealistic for DHL service, but at least one day more but still didn't reach. They have the caller tone that "Wherever you are, just call my name, and I will deliver." it's too far from the service and transparency they have. The answers to the deliveries were machine-readable, and it is like in transit, and we cannot locate the exact location and so on.”

“This is the 2nd time I pd for 2 day delivery for an order and did not receive my package. The first time was you in Florida every day for three days to go back to Tennessee and the package never arrived at our family’s house. It took me two weeks to get my money back from the company of $230. I placed another order and this company is using DHL and my package was supposed to be delivered today August 5 and it is now 7 PM and my package still has not arrived . We are supposed to be moving into an Airbnb for three days as we were having construction done on our house and cannot be here tomorrow when the package is now being promised. So, thankfully, we both work from home, but one of us is gonna have to go back to the house where there’s gonna be banging on the roof to wait for this very expensive package. I hate this company.”
