Absolutely disgusting! Refusing to refund, they cancelled on the morning of our travel, I told them I have no money for food with these new circumstances and they totally refuse to give me MY money back after I was told on the phone I would get a refund!!! I WILL NOT LEAVE THIS!! Vile treatment!!!

No refunds are even being considered for holidays THEY cancelled, they are not interested in personal circumstances. No opportunity to escalate during the call. They are insisting they will be back to normal on 1st May despite what we all know about likely death rate. I expect to limit any future financial exposure. They are only interested in profits not people. Do not use them, I feel for their employees.

Can only agree with the other guys on here. Have requested a refund no response to any emails and I have sent plenty. Their automated message even states “we will not issue a refund”. We booked in a large group and trying to marry dates for everyone to go again is nigh on impossible also none of us know if we rebook if we will be allowed to travel or whether the ban will still be in place. Seems as though the prices are also vastly inflated. I’ve booked with them countless times in the past but will never book again when this is over I believe they will go bust due to the way they are treating their loyal customers now.

No refund offered for cancelled holiday. Can only rebook for a massively inflated price. Not sure what their customer service team are doing because they sure as hell are not responding to anyone's queries. Will never use again.

Shocking treatment Shocking treatment. We were due to depart 23rd March, rang just before setting off in our 2hr journey, we were then told it had been cancelled as the park had shut due to the current Covid-19 pandemic. All understandable up to this point albeit a little late in finding out. Rang and waited in the queue for 45 minutes with a lot of other people in the same boat to find out this company not refunding is. Cost of break is over £500. They cancelled on us, couldn’t provide a service/product but refuse a refund and want us to rebook within 12 months. All dates we thought of cost more money and in current situation who is to say these guys are able to provide that product/service inside that 12 months. A bit of a joke after the understandable cancellation and we just want our money back like everyone else. We have had to go down the route of chargeback on credit card but we have to wait up to 30 days. They could have shown compassion in this current situation. I will not book with these guys again.

my wife and I are both shielded and have to stay in for 3 months we were due to go on broads holiday with 4 other family members 2 of which are also shielded, we cannot get a refund they have nearly 700 pounds of our money and we don't want to book holiday for next year as my health ir pretty bad, we live in broadland area and im so angry at there attitude, its not our fault we have to stay indoors although we understand and support it, please don't touch hoseasons with a barge poll, I am going to write to local tv and see if they will help us, rember hoseasons when this virus has gone people will remember how you treated us

No refund.even tho they cancelled, we had to phone them given different dates but at much higher prices, never use them again bad bad company ,would be glad to see them go bust

Put 1 star but wish I didn't have to, same as everyone Hoseasons refusing to give refund due to cancelling our log cabin 23.03, said change date which we said yes, then asked for an extra £400!! Will never use again, shameful behaviour

Holiday cancelled due to covid 19, no call, no messages back and keeping people's money when other holiday providers are refunding. Small loss for me but bigger loss long term for this company.

I would of given Zero stars if that was possible, Hoseasons must be the only Travel company refusing refunds under the Current Covid 19 outbreak. Absolutely disgusting under the circumstances. Also the option to move the booking to another date is not an option as all they have done is hiked the prices meaning additional fees.

Its a shame you have to put 1 star on the review ..they don't deserve any .. With the amount of customers unable to get refunds, myself included.. the total arrogance of Hoseasons towards customer service at a time of such a disaster ? There will be thousands of potential customers who will never book with them ever again. I hope they go bust ??

Hoseasons coronavirus cancellations. Meant to be going to hendra 8th June. Rung today to cancel the holiday as I am self employed and my income has suddenly stopped. I am told that to cancel it will cost me £125 on a £225 holiday 🤬 and if I don't pay I will incur more charges on top. If I move my holiday it cost £35, but to move it to next June similar date, same caravan holiday is £440. So £250 extra for the same holiday a year later. Apparently Hendra going open 5th June. Even though we have be told not to travel for the next 3 months. So if hendra does open and been total that they are well in their rights to close facilities with no warning. So if facilities are close we will have a just caravan, no swimming pool, entertainment, arcade. This would not the holiday we booked. We booked because of the facilities hendra offered. Awful service for Hoseasons And feel they are cashing in when people are worried about their health and Money. Never using this company again 🤬🤬

Covid 19 cancellation. Despite being told I would receive a phonecall, I rang them and waited on hold for 45 minutes which I understand during these exceptional times. HOWEVER I offered them 4 options: 1. Rebook for the same site at the same cost next Easter. REFUSED because the Easter Holidays where I live are different to the holidays in Devon this year so I would need to pay the difference for next year. Probably at least £250+ more. I work in a school and it seems that it’s my problem that I can’t move the school holidays to suit Hoseasons. 2. Change my holiday to a different date at a different site and pay £30 extra. REFUSED They cannot do that. 3. Change my dates, drop from 4 nights to 3 but they honour my original price. REFUSED They cannot do that. I could pay £100 extra for a bronze caravan when I’d originally paid for gold standard. I explained one of my party has chronic health issues which means that I need central heating throughout. Hoseasons clearly not concerned about the health and wellbeing of their customers. 4. Refund. REFUSED They cannot do that. Advice given: Keep an eye out for offers if you cannot afford pay more! My money will now sit in their account for 12 months until they take it back because I won’t be able to find a holiday in my price range in the school holidays. And believe me, I’ve searched for one! On a more positive note, my sister has a booking with Parkdean who are giving refunds. I have emailed the chief executive of Hoseasons and will wait a few days for a reply. I will happily update my review if I get a positive response. I suppose my next port of call will be ABTA and Trading Standards but I hope that Hoseasons will reconsider and show some compassion and humanity. With the risk of boring everyone, expect to see this review on as many platforms as I can find. Come on Hoseasons, do the right thing!

Dreadful company. My holiday got cancelled in view of the corona virus and they refuse to give me my money back. They expect you to rebook with inflated prices and will not reduce their fees. They expect more money to rebook and end of the day who knows whether we can travel within the next 12 months as we may still be on lockdown. Again they will have the benefit of more money from us. Customer service is poor. I’m due to go away tomorrow and only today I got a response to my message a week ago. They never answer their phones. I will never use them again.

Due to coronavirus I tried to rearrange holiday but they wanted £80 more for the same holiday next year and £35 administration. As I was within 90 days I cancelled but my low deposit £20 Was raised to £125 in total! How can this be right never will I book Hoseasons again lost my custom forever.

Sadly this long running company with a previously good rating will send itself under by trying to stay afloat by retaining everyones money and inflating the prices to rebook. They will find peoples loyalty will disappear after such poor treatment and return visitors will not return. People would rather lose their money than line Hoseasons pockets once this crisis has passed. Good luck Hoseasons, you'll be on your own
