“Ordered a Christmas advent calendar on November 2nd, and was informed it would arrive no latest November 30. It is now December 22 and I have yet to receive anything. I have had to send over 10 messages and going back and forth with customer support offering no solution and sending me the same messages over and over again. Finally, I asked for a refund and they told me that I needed a PayPal account. Except I purchased my order with my credit card and do not have a PayPal account. Extremely disappointed with this company and would not recommend it to anyone. Absolute scam!!”

it is today 21 december and the items havent even been sent yet.
As soon as i pushed order it went into awaiting dispatch status and could not be cancelled. When i contacted them to cancel i got a generic reply with the same answer that it is in dispatch progress and can not be cancelled FRAUD, and worst company ever.”
“Wow bought a NASA telescope with a NASA t-shirt for £29.99 only received the t-shirt 2 weeks ago. Bouncing back and forward with silly messages and a form for another week. To be told today they don’t have it stock. Yet they are now selling the same items for £63.99.
Won’t ever use this company again.

“Placed an order for Christmas at the start of December. It’s now Christmas week and it still hasn’t been dispatched. I’ve requested it be cancelled and they emailed days ago saying they couldn’t cancel due to it being released from the warehouse. Still not dispatched though. “Please read reviews before buying from this company. I ordered a children's telescope and t-shirt bundle on the 29th November as a Christmas present for my nephew. The t-shirt arrived separately and there was no sign of the telescope. I have exchanged multiple message with the company only for them to claim the item was signed for despite me showing them proof from the delivery company the item (t-shirt only) was posted through the letterbox. I have photographic evidence that the item was not fully delivered and the company will not accept accountability, incredibly frustrating. Sadly, this is the reason most people use Amazon. “We ordered a Nintendo switch lite around 3-4 weeks ago, a parcel arrived we signed ( waiting a few items for various places. To open the packaging to find an empty giffy bag inside!!!!!!! Thankfully the courier took a photo of the item in my doorstep and the package was about 20cm long. Contacted the company they said was nothing they can do it’s down to the courier ! Not a chance we don’t choose who they courier with back on the phone and was told to return the item for a refund - simple if we HAD the item ! Was promised then a refund within 5 working days and call backs ! Over two weeks later still NOTHING no call backs and excuses when we ring ! We’ve had to get my daughter a more expensive switch now as none left anywhere and are now down over £500! Absolutely AVOID this company !!!!! Currently in touch with the ombudsman hoping to get it sorted once and for all I will continue to name and shame this company”

Generic response when chasing deliveries, you basically just have to wait until order arrives whenever that might be. When you try and cancel order the response says you can't as one item has been despatched which it hasn't”
