“Do not buy!! Ordered an item in mid-October. It is now January, and it hasn't even made it through "processing", let alone dispatching or shipping. They got my money, and I have nothing to show for it. Despite weekly status requests, they are unable to provide an update as to when the order might ship (if ever at this point). Terrible customer service and experience.”
“I would rate IWOOT 0 out of 5. The product did arrive, but with no invoice. Despite asking 10 times online since 27th Nov, still no sign of it. They started off by saying it had been sent, then that they had invoicing issues, and now I just get a non descriptive reply for their now obvious multiple choice of inane customer responses. (Including that my issue has been escalated)I suspect that I will never get one out of them, so if the product goes wrong (its electrical) I have no proof of purchase or guarantee. I will never use this company again, but I really don't think they could care less!”
“I ordered a mug for a December birthday should have arrived early Dec, chased it up but had no reply. By mid Dec I thought it would at least be here by Xmas. They finally replied saying they had sent me an earlier email (they hadn't) but promised it would be despatched within the next 7 days. It wasn't despatched and still hasn't arrived. I thought they were a reputable company. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered with them. If they are out of stock they should take it off the site, not lie and tell customers that it is on its way.”
“Order & paid for an item on 4th of December - 23rd December & still stating "processing" on tracking page. Have asked them to cancel the order & refund, after 2 days got an email saying they will cancel it "if they can" & will email confirmation"if they can cancel"

“Product related in no way to their sizing. So far too small. I e mailed to request returning. They took over a week to e mail me a returns form. They kept e mailing to say they would e-mail the form?! Why not attach when e-mailing. Eventually I had form so I returned the item paying for a tracked signed for service. I can see they have the item on the Royal Mail site. I can see they have signed. But do you think I have my money back. No!!!! Con merchants”

“Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered two Christmas sweatshirts on the 1st December with an email received to say sweatshirts would be dispatched by the 3rd Dec. Long story short, still waiting for sweatshirts and it is now the 17th! My kids missed Christmas Jumper Day at school and are now not likely to have the sweatshirts for Christmas Day as they are yet to be dispatched. The customer service is shocking with very vague responses stating dispatch will be in 7 days. This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering from a company online. Please take your custom elsewhere......”
