Order Number 2025691505/ 56946465 I placed the above order for the new Fuji X series 16-80 f4 lens on the 26 September 2019 at your Reading, Berkshire branch. The item was put on back order, which I understood at the time. Since then I have been given to understand, when I have contacted the store for updates, that stock was imminent. The latest message was that a large stock was due in on Friday 1 November. On Saturday 2 November I rang to enquire. The gentleman I spoke to knew nothing about it and offered no encouragement as to when the delivery might be. Is there any method by which I can obtain a firm assurance that I will get this lens, because right now, I grow very concerned, especially as I am aware that Peter Jones has called in the Administrators, a worrying sign for your customers! 3 November 2019
