INTL Customer - Their POS has issues where transaction generates an order number but payment sits in pending for weeks only to be rejected. Tried twice and got the same error. Credit and Paypal. I would not trust these guys again. Seems like a known issue and should have checked reviews first.

I placed an order on Tuesday evening 6th July 21. I noticed I didn't receive a confirmation email and checked the reviews and was very worried I had made a bad decision. However, I emailed and Kitbag got back to me super quick confirming my order and with the link to track my Italian Football top which arrived on Friday 9th July early afternoon in good time for Sunday's Match. The quality of the goods and delivery were excellent - if I had received a confirmation email to put my mind at rest I would have given 5 stars

Have never received my orders Contacted customer service got no repose. After reading all other reviews about this company. I’m confident to say this is a total scam. They just take your money and disappear.

Disgraceful service paid for next day , no shirt over 2 weeks later still no goods. Contacting the bank tomorrow to recall money. Emailed completely ignored shocking , do not send money to this company

Absolutely impossible to contact them, and the 'returns' part of their website is a fraud, because you can't actually use it to return anything or contact them for assistance.

I thought I was ordering from the official Man utd store said nothing about Kitbag , items not arrived and very difficult to contact them. Do not use.

Absolutely disgraceful company Absolutely disgraceful company Absolutely disgraceful company! Customer service is non existent and the little contact I have encountered with them has been helpful. I have emailed them several times asking for the order I bought for my young grandson and have been told it’s lost at a couriers & they can’t help any further. I’ve asked for my money to be refunded and they are now just ignoring my contact. I cannot stress how dissatisfied I am with the company and now have to pursue a refund with my bank. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY and DO NOT SUPPLY the goods!! Beware

Kitbag has terrible customer service. I made an order on their site on April 15th, but I had a problem and decided to cancel it. Since then, I have sent them 2 emails which haven't yet been responded to after hours and days. Any respectable company should have a +1800 number, but Kitbag only have an English one meaning I can't call them while living in Canada. Unless they answer my emails and we find a solution, I am unable to cancel my order or to contact them in any ways.

Send two items back,and never received anything back ,nor a refund and when you try a contract them it's easier to get in touch with the queen.I won't trust them with your money or orders.

I placed my order on 7 Dec 2020 for a jersey that was intended to be a Christmas present, and was given the assurance that my parcel would arrive by 14 Dec 2020. I got an unpleasant surprise when I inquired about my parcel, only to be informed that it had been sent using Kitbag's ‘standard untracked’ mail service. I was also told to expect delivery within 10-20 working days from when Kitbag sent the item out, which may be different from the day I placed my order. The intended Christmas gift only arrived on 31 Dec 2020. Well, I suppose the outcome was better than my previous order which never arrived at all. I was willing to give Kitbag the chance to redeem themselves, but was met with disappointment once more.

i was a first time customer and wasn’t happy with my order as they had got it wrong , they told me to return and get my money back. However all was well until i realised it is also an extra £4.95 to return my unwanted item :(

Order placed on november 8, expected delivery november 23. Products got delivered in perfect condition on november 13. Happy customer. tnx kitbag

I was really pleased with kitbag service. I recieved my order within 4 days. After reading lots of bad reviews I was abit unsure about ordering from them. But I will definitely use them again and recommend kitbag too.

Order 279-3028-0410 I made an order on July 30th. After too much time i contacted kitbag through email and they told me the product is out of stock and that they will send it as soon as possible. They also mentioned i can cancel my order and get a full refund. After 2 more weeks i asked to cancel the order and they told me they will forward my request. 8 days later i got an email saying the order was shipped. When i asked them about that they told me it wasn't possible to cancel my order and i should send it back to get a refund. They said i need to wait up to 30 working days for the delivery. On 23.10.2020 i contacted kitbag again because the product didn't arrive, they said i can get a refund. Today they told me i can't get a refund because i put a wrong address - which is wrong. After i sent them the confirmation email with my right address they told me the zip code is wrong. It's not. I sent them the confirmation email once again, proving the zip code is right and now i'm waiting for an answer. By the way, the order status on their website is "pending", which means they didn't even send it Anyway i'm waiting almost 3 months for a football shirt, kitbag keep lying and they are full of contradictions. They are trying to accuse me even though i proved them that i did everything right. I just wonder why we can't track our orders... Stay away from their website!

I ordered 2 jerseys on 4 Aug 2020 under Order #: 107-4892-9899. My package did not arrive 2 months after I placed my order. Kitbag did not reply to any of my multiple email inquiries until I submitted negative reviews about their service. No tracking number, details or updates were provided by the seller at any point after I placed my order. However, Kitbag granted me a full refund in due course. Their service recovery has salvaged a measure of their reputation.

Order #: 107-4892-9899 Not Received The promised delivery dates on 7 & 10 Aug 2020 for my 2 items have long passed. It's been more than a month. To date, Kitbag has continued to refuse to reply to any of my multiple email inquiries. There is no sign of any of my 2 purchased items, as well as a total refusal by Kitbag to respond to me. This is the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life from any online retailer!

I ordered a jersey for my son for his birthday back in February, when the order arrived we came to find out that they had shipped us a shirt that was miss labeled and as a result was two sizes too big for him. I would think it would have been easy enough to fix, since it was entirely their fault, they would ship me the size I ordered right away and pay to have the original shirt shipped back to them. It is now July, they can't confirm they received the shirt I shipped back at my cost and I haven't received a refund or replacement. What a customer service disaster!
