So my bf bought me shoes and had them sent to me as he is on tour and its hard to reach him. Not even a month later the shoes are tearing and no one will help. This is the worst experience I've ever had. DO NOT BUT THEIR SHOES!!! THEY ARE GARBAGE AND FALL APART BEFORE A MONTH ENDS.

Ian very disappointed with your customer service and the way you solve the problem. Used to be better. My husband is always buying size 11 and we did not have any issues. Of course he wore those shoes, because he didn’t want them to return. But this type of shoes are defected, because he cannot wear them. This shoes are hurting his feet. It never happened before. We are not complaining for no reason. Of course it’s easy to say due to COVID-19 we don’t accept returns. But it’s not return, because we don’t like the shoes, we want to return, because they are defected. These shoes are very different from the one we used to buy. Normally Lacoste shoes are soft and never hurt. My husband’s size is usually 10,5. But Lacoste brand he wears 11. Size 11 cannot be small and tight on the side. I didn’t purchase the shoes for $20. It’s terrible that you are responding me in 3-5 days. And on the top of it you are telling me you cannot accept it. My husband is big fan Lacoste. He spend money on shoes, pants shirt and sweaters. And it’s not a cheap brand. But you are acting like a cheap brand. It’s horrible that you are treating your customer that way. If I had a store nearby I will come. But Ian telling again, it’s not my fault that these shoes are defective, it’s your fault. And the only thing you can do is to make me drive 5 hours to the store. I don’t care it’s a Covid-19 or something else. When Ian buying Lacoste brand, I want to expect a high quality, not the one you sold me in Miami store. And Ian not the type of person who complains for no reason. But this time you treat me terribly and it’s so sad that we have to change my husband’s favorite brand to something else. After this situation I don’t want to buy even socks from you.

I ordered a sweater size 32 in pink and Lacoste has never shipped it! I was waiting for 10 days and got a cancellation email that they don't have enough inventory. Excuse me, how come I was able to order it? It's ridiculous since I checked the website today and my size in color was still available! Terrible experience

I paid for a teeshirt in time for Christmas it states it has been delivered to the shop I asked. No such item has been delivered. Been to the shop several times. I have emailed Lacoste over 5 times this is a joke they have taken my money and not provided the goods not good at all. I am requesting a full refund to my bank Order number 38930917 annoyed customer.

My ordered did not arrived. Ordered in 10th of December and when I tracked the courier it says the prcel has been sent back to sender due to wrong address. It is not my first time to buy in this website and I used the same post code. Delivery using dpd/ colissimo is really bad, and I cannot contact the courier because the website is in French. They already charged me £210 without the item yet. Lesson learned never buy Lacoste. I was very stressed. I rememebered the last time the courier even doesnt know how to find my address I had to ran after him when I saw the guy looking the opposite direction careying the parcel. I was on leave waiting for the prcel but not arrived. Very poor service.

I do regret shopping on their website. Bought 2 track pants for my partner as a present, but the quality was bad. Wanted to return it, but I was told it is not possible as they are qualified as Underwear (!) and can not be returned! Will never buy again their products.

Disappointed! Humiliated! Dissatisfied! 😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎 I purchased a crossbody body bag, then decided to return it for the same bag in a black. The company refused, and also refused to refund me! They gave me a store credit instead. Waited for Black Friday so I can get the Black bag, what a frustrating experience! I can't use my credit online, the Black bag online for R1950 does not exist (fauls advertising). I then contacted their online staff, Eugene then said he will send the bag in a black colour "it should arrive the next day". It only arrived in store after 3 days (no communication, I had to be the one who follows up. When I arrived in store I was told the bag is not on sale (it is scanning normal price). They called Eugene, he then explains that the other colors are on sale😡😡😡😡! How can Lacoste be so disorganized, and unprofessional!!! I want a refund! Give back my money if u cannot satisfy me!!!!😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Oh my gosh. I ordered twice because I thought it was a stock problem. No, they cancelled my order twice without notifying me through email. I had to contact their Support Chat to find out. I ordered August 28 and found out today, September 7. Lacoste Online, you wasted weeks and didn't even bother to reach out. Do not buy from their online shop. Really bad service.

Refusing to honour my reward on Lacoste le club. I have showed them the terms and conditions but they just ignore them and reiterate I’m wrong. It’s very frustrating

Got these shoes a couple months ago and both tips have come unglued. I email Lacoste and they ask me for a picture of my receipt and pictures of the shoes so I do all that and email back then they say ya contact the seller of which you bought them it’s probably your best bet - are you kidding me!!! Terrible quality and even worse customer service

Terrible! I’m waiting for my package yet, and I have no information about that, I sent a lot of e-mails to know what happened and they only say that delivery is in delay! A BIIIIIIIG DELAY!

Terrible website, blocked £100s from my bank card yet says payment failed. Same issue with PayPal and even when contacting customer service the same happens. In summary avoid the website at all cost unless you want them to not send any item yet hold your money for up to a week!

I bought shoes, I do not recommend because shoes are made from cheap materials. I used mine couple of times and the sole is damaged ?! Refund was refused because they claim it may happen!? May happen ? For shoes worth £80!!! After 2 months ? I am very disappointed

I used to love Lacoste shirts and products since I was a kid. I have polos that I bought 12 years ago and still look good. Also a very nice pullover, 10 years old and still looks new. Unfortunately the quality of the products appears to have dropped massively in the last few years, without any corresponding drop in price. The polos seem to have become thinner and to shrink and lose their colour with use. A pullover I received as a present last Christmas and which I must have worn no more than 10 times just broke while I was pulling it down - thumb went straight through! Not worth the money anymore, which is sad.

I placed an order for a hat which was never recieved. 6-week’s after the original order was placed I reached out to the company and was told ‘pls contact to your local postoffice, the packe have been arrived here’ This company stole my payment and never distributed the item ordered Terrible company - DO NOT IRDER FROM THEM

My order was here quite fast and I like the fact that they message me and emailed me telling me where the order was and when it would be here expressing the hours and they stick with the hour that was emailed, I aprecciate that.
