“ Rang my local store to see if they had a jacket in and they did I asked if they would save it for me which they did but the jacket had gone down from £50 to £35 but they didn’t inform me that if I didn’t collect on that day it would go back up to £50 which I thought was unfair I rang customer service to see if they could oblige but nothing not very good customer service I would not buy from Peacocks again ”

“ Tried to return an online order in store. No assistant at checkout and when she did eventually appear, no apology!!! She said in an abrupt manner that I could only return my item for and exchange as I'd paid via PayPal - there was nothing else I wanted but rather than lose my money, I ended up exchanging a blouse for slippers, an umbrella and hair bobbles!!!! Couldn't even exchange for a credit note!!!! Assistant rude, unhelpful and very sarcastic also telling me in future to read all terms and conditions - who does this!!!!! I always thought buying online gave you the right to return to store with receipt. Have been a loyal Peacocks customer for many years, but will NEVER shop in store or online with them again!!! Disgusted by their policy, massive lack of customer service and staff attitude!!!! ”
