We do not get our money back after a cancellation. And it is a serious amount. I already have 10 excuse messages, but no money!

I recently booked a trip at a great price before reading the reviews on prestigia.com, then canceled it same day after reading the reviews. I'm so glad I canceled it because the reviews are true as posted. I was told refunds are processed 7-10 working days. After 12 days, I sent customer support and email and and replied they are still working on it and will get it back by the following early week. I got suspicious but still waited. I waited until later that week, no refund. Sent another email and they replied sorry for the delay with no reassurance. Then filed a dispute with my credit card company. Thankfully, problem was resolved. Check with credit card company on time frame to file a dispute. Don't let it wait too long. You won't get your money back.

I only gave 1 star because that's the only way you can write a review...but in all honesty 0 STARS..this company is a scam...took from my account twice and of course you can't get a hold of anyone to fix the problem...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! they are only out to steal your money

I’ve been waiting for a refund from them since July 2024. It is January 2025 and I still have no refund. I’ve contacted them multiple times and have a thread of 22 emails where they profusely apologize for the inconvenience and thank me for my patience. They say that the issue has been escalated to the financial team and the managers etc. today I called and 2 operators hung up on me when I requested to speak to a manager. Now my number is blocked and doesn’t even ring when I try to call them. STAY AWAY!!!

I had a terrible experience with Prestigia.com, and I want to warn others about this fraudulent platform. I booked a hotel in Dubai through their website, paid in full, and received a confirmation email. However, upon arrival, the hotel had no record of my booking. I was left stranded and had to make alternate arrangements at my own expense. Despite reaching out to their customer service multiple times via email and phone, Prestigia admitted their mistake but has refused to process my refund. They keep delaying and making excuses, showing zero accountability for their actions. This platform is completely unreliable and untrustworthy. Avoid using Prestigia.com at all costs to save yourself from financial loss and stress. Stick to reputable booking platforms to ensure your travel plans are secure. Stay away and warn others!

It is the most awful website I have ever booked a hotel with!!! They show a price, and then you are going to find out you need to pay extra money at the hotel! And the final price is going to be higher than the retail price of the room!!!

If I could give it a minus 10000 I would. Terrible company and service. Booked a hotel then they contacted me to tell me they made a mistake and price is wrong. One month later still not refund. Complete and otter joke.

This company is a scam company. They will advertise low prices for your select hotel. And then after you pay, they will tell you that that hotel is not available and they can suggest you something else. If you don’t go along with it and you request a refund, they say it will take 3 to 5 business days, but it doesn’t it will take much longer to get a refund. I am seven days in and I’m still waiting for mine. Now that I’m calling no one is even answering the phone. They know what they’re doing. Unfortunately I booked with them 10 days before I was due to travel. Big mistake. Luckily I had enough money to book another hotel. But I’m still waiting on my $2200 refund. I was anticipating on using that money. I am so disgusted that I trusted this company. I would never recommend you traveling with them.

They failed to disclose hidden fees, such as resort fees or VAT charges, and even charged me twice for a single transaction. Furthermore, their customer service is the worst I’ve encountered among travel apps. To make matters worse, they are flagged as high-risk by credit card companies. Also, I should mention that getting your refund from them is not easy. You will be forced to go through a dispute process at the end of the day.

Cancelled reservation 10 minutes after booking. Refund policy states 3-5 days and here we are 40 days, 3 phone calls, 10 emails later I finally just had to submit as fraud to my credit card company because I’ve never been refunded. Their explanation continues to be that they will expedite the refund- still nothing

Terrible company. I had made a hotel reservation with free cancellation polo u & cancelled it as the location for travel changed. It’s been more than 50+ days & the refund has not reflected back to my statement. The customer care is highly misleading & keep going to & fro on communication. Till date they have not processed the refund. Worst experience ever.

I booked a Riad stay in Marrakech Morocco a month ago through this company. On the booking sheet Prestigia didn’t not provide detailed address but only a road name. Unfortunately, when I get there, this Riad Boutouil didn’t exist anymore, After walking up and down half an hour in the heat and dust (Road construction) With the help from local barber asking all the neighbors. Finally, the staff from Riad Fullmoon helped me. By comparing their interior and the Google photos, they told me during pandemic they bought Riad Boutouil and it’s now under the new management. I forwarded This information also reminding Presdigia to check google map, the photos posted are all 5years old with no recent reviews whatsoever, I went further as sending photos to proof that Riad FullMoon is the same property that posted as Riad Boutouil on google map. Prestigia got back to me after so called “investigation “ All they said was that they have contacted the hotel, they are still in business, because I was No Show so I’m not getting refund. That’s how stupid this booking site is. I’m not wasting anymore of my time helping them understand that someone is making the fake booking, taking money illegally and they choose to stay in the darkness, as far as I consider, this booking site is a scam, I learned my lessons, please DON NOT USE PRESDIGIA, it’s a trap 🪤 Serena from Canada 🇨🇦

This is a scam web site so called " travel agency", they will lure you in cheap deals and promises but its all scam. They didn't even respond my emails or calls after payment. I booked hotel with them only finding later that there is no reservation in the hotel, thanks god i called to confirmed before leaving on vacation. Two weeks later they are still emailing me for payment for rooms booked/not boked. DO NOT TRUST

If you looking for a great deal for a hotel and you come across this cheap company. Don't trusted! My husband and I were left without reservation and no noticed of cancellation. Prestigia took it upon themselves to cancel my hotel reservation. Left us in Las Vegas after an 8 hr drive with no hotel to check in. After calling to verify what went wrong, all they can say is "sorry for any inconvenience". We will refund your money. After a whole month going back and forth with different staff emails about my refund being process and it should be in your bank in 7 business day. My bank never received anything. I finally had enough and had to go through my bank to get my refund back. This company caused me nothing but emotional distress. So is it worth it saving a buck or two, absolutely not! I do not recommend this company, in my opinion totally fraud.

This company booked for us flew to another country and no confirmation!!! They are not available to answer your calls and we were left with no accommodation We then has to book directly with the hotel as we were without accommodation for the first night!! Dreadful suppot from Prestigia

I booked with Prestigia 5 days ago ,but they hid out some fees about Westgate Las Vegas Resort Casino. They charged 1 night $193.88 and fees to my card. The same day I called and no response for 5 days, I emailed and few responses said they would handle it. Now its been 6 days no luck .So I warn my debit account and made claim against Prestigia- this is warning don't book with them

Total joke or a service. Booked a hotel on 27/07/2024. Cancelled on the same day due to change of plan(all within cancellation period) 3 months on still no refund. False promises. Standard emails + lies that refund has been credited back. Never again. Zero star Do not book through them. Be warned. It’s not worth it.

After paying for my room almost a year in advance, I wanted to add my partner to my booking, after he managed to get time off. The room was suitable for upto 3 people but when I contacted Prestigia 6 months ahead of my arrival to add his name, they refused to ammend my booking. How absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. When I contacted the hotel directly, they told me it wasn't an issue. Never will I use this company again. Most other 3rd party booking agencies offer free cancellation. Things happen, changes can be inevitable and Prestigia need to offer the same and get with the times.
