I woukdnt even give this charlatan site one star. Big mistake ordering from them, it's been nearly a month and not shipped still. Rubbish site and I would strongly advise to avoid.

I havnt received order from weeks ago no delivery information emailed twice and havnt had a reply getting quite concerned as it's for a Christmas gift

Disgraceful delivery time, no update email about the delay in my order. Apparently I should have checked the many bad reviews about this website before making my purchase. I should have spent my money with a more trustful website than this. I absolutely do not recommend this site, they basically sell items they don't have in the warehouse without explaining you at the moment of purchasing. Very unfair. Two weeks delay on my dispatch date. Also, they make you pay delivery, delivery for what? I'm still waiting for my order to be dispatch after one month almost.

Put in an order on 17 Oct then I was told that it would be dispatched on 15 Nov, they have already taken the money from my account before the order is dispatched. Not good.

I had this website double an order that I made and empty my basket and bank account in the process! I called the Immediately and was told that they were already in progress and I was unable to get my money back. Ant that it would take warehouse 24hours to Cancel the order! I’m discussed especially since I only ordered One item ☝️ I was told that they couldn’t take my word for this and I would have to wait till I received the items and return them. I still haven’t heard from them in regards to a previous order I returned nearly two weeks ago now either. I find it extremely hard to believe that that cannot cancel an order Immediately after it has been made especially was haven’t called so soon! Shame on this company! And how did they manage to change me for everything in my basket when I’m not stupid enough to make a mistake like this. Something is a miss with this company. I’m not happy at all with the customer service either

I bought a watch match this year , worn a few tunes noticed it had started to loose time , kept wearing just to see if I was mistake , no still loosing time .i contacted secret sales and they emailed me returns label ? Sent it back etc .. tracked it back to secret sales ??? Phoned saying not received.. I will be contacting my credit card company I have no words , they have the watch back oh my word I really am speechless this watch wasn’t cheap even though it was discounted... AVOID

Bad bad service. Daylight robbery!! Ordered item, then provided with label to return it. After over a month they just decided to tell me that they don’t do returns on that particular item but haven’t even returned it to me!!! Complete Mickey Mouse company !! Furious if I could give zero stars I would

I bought two items, which looked great value on their site. After a month I received a refund for the first one as they didn't have my size. After almost another month I received the second item, in the wrong size. They then expected me to pay to return them and took another month to refund. Less of a business transaction, more like making a loan to an unreliable mate who takes three months to return it. Secret Sales? I'd rather pay full price and not deal with this bunch ever again.

Secretsales had a promotion on for London fashion week with a special discount code for a 30% discount. I clicked on the banner and added 3 items to my basket however when I applied the discount code it said it was invalid. I phoned a member of their customer service team and asked her to check each of the items individually to see if the code was valid for them. She told me that the promo code was applicable and that after I placed the order I should screenshot the items to their customer service email in order for the discount to be credited. I did so and got a different customer service rep who was now telling me that the items were not part of the collection and that I had made an error. I tried to explain to them that I was misinformed by a member of their team however they were extremely dismissive and unhelpful, did not even review the recorded telephone call or agree to cancel the order and refund my money. Terrible terrible terrible. Will never use secret sales again

Same as other reviews - paid for return queried why after a week still no trace of it being received back only to be told Hermes hold onto returns for 14 days disgusting way to treat customers my refund will take 3-4 weeks will NEVER buy from secret sales again and I suggest you don’t either!

Swift at taking your money but slow at returning it. Returned a very expensive pair of shoes 13 days ago but still not received a refund or any notifications of its progress. Rang up customer services to complain and the adviser was confrontational and snappy and she audibly sighed! No help whatsoever. Will ring again tomorrow when I’ve calmed down 😂. The result of my negative customer experience is that I will tell my friends, family and anyone else who is listening to avoid Secret Sales.

Dress arrived poor quality. I returned the dress via courier which I paid for. Told I would have to wait over three weeks for a refund. Will not use again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Bought a dress on the website, awful quality. Had to pay to return it back to Secretsales via Hermes. The deal that Secretsales and Hermes have struck is that Hermes will hold the delivery for up to 14 days before returning to warehouse. Then secretsales say it could be up to 10 days before a refund is processed. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Ordered an item with a 14 day delivery, 2 delivery dates have come and gone now being told it will be 6 weeks from date of ordering. Asked for a refund and no one seems to want to help.

I would avoid this company altogether -- bought a Ted Baker watch which when arrived turned out to be faulty, immediately contacted their customer service team who told me that an exchange wasn't possible as the sale had ended. Went through the returns process, only to be told that I needed to have sent the item to the manufacturer not Secret Sales, and now my refund will be delayed. Nowhere on the website does it tell you this, told that my refund can only be actioned once the watch can be checked and verified as faulty, making it sound like I'm lying about a faulty product! I ordered this on the 17th May, returned on the 30th May...it is now the 15th July and I am still waiting!! Never have I had such a bad experience with a company as this.

They are currently advertising a 30% off outlet discount. I made a purchase but the code didn’t work. I contacted customer services and imagine my surprise when they said not all items on the outlet section of their website are outlet items. As a customer there is no way to tell and the shoes I purchased were clearly under outlet. They refuse to honour their own discount. Very very misleading. Needless to say they won’t be getting another penny from me ever again!!

I would like to warn the future customer that buy from this dreadful company not to. I would like to explain why. I have been a good customer over the last year. There was never a problem returning items. Something has changed! I am disabled with MS and I can only manage certain tasks. Sadly, the last two orders required my asking for help to return defective items. All that I can say is this, I am being asked to send photographs. I have gone to great length in numerous emails to explain that I cannot do this. My disability would get in the way as I drop things all the time and secondly I do not have a camera on my phone. Despite pleading with their Customer Services team for help I am being bullied and put through a great level of stress. My MS is through the roof with their games. It simply is not worth it. I strongly advise any disabled person not to put yourself through this stressful situation. Don't place any orders with them as you will not receive any assistance whatsoever in returning defective items. I have all the emails I require and intend to ensure that this doesn't happen to anyone else. I am putting this whole matter in the hands of Trading Standards to take matters on from here. I am being denied my Customer Rights and being bullied by their Customer Services Team. This is frightening and shocking!

Tv my son bought from them as a gift for me has broken after just 3 years following an initial problem connecting to the internet, it now won't connect at all. Secret Sales are denying any responsibility despite the consumer rights act 2015 clearly stating it is up to the retailer to repair, refund or replace and good should be fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Steer clear people...you have been warned!!

I have made 3 orders with this company the 1st order was out of stock the 2nd the wrong size was sent and the 3rd I am still waiting 7 weeks to receive it. I ordered the above on the same day so was not aware of what a shambolic service would be delivered. It is impossible to contact anyone by phone. I am only glad that my orders did not consist of high value items . The website is a joke because there is nothing high end with the service received. Rest assure I would never order from this company again.
