“Unbelievable, how this site is still operating?! Is it okay to take a customers money, have it sitting in their account, accruing interest, and the customer Is only told item no longer available, once they check why the delivery date was not met?
Surely they are in breach of selling practise?! As for customer care, it’s non existent! Horrendous company, surprised they are still operating?”
“I placed an order on 7th Feb and have not heard back from the company. I wrote to their customer services department on 13th Feb to ask about my order and got an automated response about receiving the query and That they will revert ..,and they still haven’t written back.. If I look online in my account all it says is that the order is confirmed ..”
“I bought few items and they didn’t delivery. After 2 months they said that they didn’t do delivery to Ireland anymore. But in the website was saying that they do the delivery to Ireland.
After all the bad customer support they did the refund in many parts. After 3 months aí still with the money to receive back. Definitely one of the worst company.”
“I order three bags for Christmas presents. Only was delivered. I contacted secret sales on several occasions to be fobbed off with a ticket number. I had so many ticket numbers in the end I didn’t know what was what. I got reimbursed by palpal in the end. I will never order from this dodgy company again. They are cowboys. “I ordered 2 bages in a recent 50% reduction. My order went through fine, I got acknowledgement, I was told approximate delivery dates, my money was debited etc.
A couple of days later I checed the order status online and for some reason could no longer find the order listed.
I contacted customer services who confirmed "....it appears that there has been an internal error and the funds were taken from your PayPal account, but the order didn't reach our system. I am going to manually push through your order for you, and this can take up to 24 hours."
24 hours later instead I received a full refund and was told "....we were unable to push this through for you".
I checked the Secret Sales website and saw that at least one of the bags I ordered was still available, so asked if they could just not fulfil a partial order and send me the bag - which I should have got for a fantastic 50% off.
Unfortunately, Secret Sales refused to do so "....while I certainly appreciate your frustration, regrettably, we're no longer able to honour this discount for you.". I was further told to keep an eye on future promotions to see if I was lucky enough to be able to order it again !
What shoddy service. I can understand that errors happen, but I'm not satisfied that the company refused to patially rectify a problem created by them by simply sending me the bag that is still in stock!”

The bag return was not tracked by Hermes, however, the secret sales tracker that was in the return email shows that they received the bag back to the warehouse 3 weeks ago. Awful service, I will never order from them again.”

Buyer beware! Tried to purchase a number of Tom Hardy items, received excuse upon excuse as to why delivery was not made on the expected dates. Secret sales (of course) blamed their suppliers Tom Hardy. Only received these pathetic updates once I myself called in.
In the end SS did their best to make sure I cancel the order as they couldn’t promise when or if at all the sale would be honoured.
I’ll not be buying/attempting to buy from them again.”
“The delivery company they are using (Hermes) provide terrible customer service. Have ordered my package form secret sales for Christmas, it was me at to be delivered on 12th or December and now, two weeks later still don’t have my package... Secret Sales don’t seem very concerned and every time I call giving me the same I should I say, no update. If you really want to provide a great customer service, you need to hold your suppliers accountable and resolve issues like this in a timely manner. This has caused me a lot of aggression and being a customer for over 5 years now, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again and won’t be recommending.”
“Second time they’ve cancelled one of my orders so near to Christmas. If you see something that appears to be a bargain beware because it could be a mistake in the price. Instead of honouring the mistake Secret Sales will just cancel your order. Then you’ll only find out when YOU contact THEM!! Then they’ll say they only found out last night. Avoid the site.”
