Do not book!!! No customer service at all. I booked my spa day and I happened to call the hotel one day before arrival and despite having a confirmed email from spa they had no record of booking. So I had to rebook for another day, which disrupted all my plans. After 3 weeks and lots of sent emails to customer services I still have no reply!!! Unbelievably unprofessional. Save yourself a whole lot of hassle and book direct with the hotel. I will never use them again!

Similar experience to most others on here . The customer service team go so far in assisting you but no further . Spa breaks.com did change my booking for me which was good but could not manage to liaise properly with the hotel to ensure that I received the right itinerary. Left to sort it out myself . Book direct with the venue . Avoid this company - their communication is very poor .

Wish I had seen the reviews on this company before I booked through them as I would never have used them. Totally incompetent and won’t respond to my emails. Best to book direct.

Dont trust this company to buy your spa break! As you will be left with nothing! Booking was made 2 weeks ago! Only few days to spa experience they inform me that my booking is cancelled and hotel and spa is fully booked on that day I book . So disappointed! No comunication, no alternatives , nothing! They have gave me a spa credit which I can use for next time on their website! I have asked for a full refund!Never again going to plan my vocation through "spabreaks".It was planed Birthday Spa Breaks and I lefted without nothing! All spas are booked by now already!Don't buy from them! Don't trust them! Also it will be reported to Markets Authority’s!worse experience I ever had!!Absolutely disgraceful and I am  deeply upset and disgusted at the service I have received. Please don’t trust this company!!!

Awful company!! Had a £75 voucher for my birthday and was unable to use due to lockdown/Covid. When I asked to extend I was told I had to pay an extra £25 and they would not refund. They would not explain what the extra £25 is for and they would not budge. They have taken advantage of Covid and kept my £75 which think is akin to stealing. Stay away from this company they are just want your money!!

My mum was told before Christmas that spabreaks vouchers could be used for treatments so bought a £50 voucher for me as a Christmas present. Due to the recent lockdown I haven't been able to book until now only to be told this isn't the case and u can only buy a full spa experience which is basically at least another £100. This is basically fraud! After reading the reviews I realise how terrible this company is and which we had researched before buying. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible company. In December 2019 i paid just under £300 for a Deluxe Spa Break at the Celtic Manor Resort in Wales for my wife's Christmas present . Due to the pandemic we were unable to book as the hotel was obviously closed . I contacted them again they said don't worry we will be extending the dates. So i didn't worry too much. At the beginning of the year i contacted them again and after 45 minutes waiting on the phone they eventually answered and said sorry your voucher has now expired permanently. So they have refused to extend the voucher and told me i can't have a refund or even a partial refund, £300 down the drain . No understanding whatsoever. Please take my advice and don't go anywhere near this company , your far better off booking with the hotel directly.

Paula gave Spabreaks.com 1 star via @Trustpilot https://trstp.lt/db-9Sda66 Avoid this terrible company at all costs!! My husband purchased a spa voucher that expired last year during the COVID-19 pandemic, He contacted customer services to extend the voucher now that spas have reopened. He wrongly assumed this wouldn’t be a problem as other companies had extended vouchers and it seemed to be the only decent thing to do under the circumstances. Customer service was appsuling, staff were very unhelpful and basically told him that it was his fault for not contacting them sooner and that he could not get the voucher extended or even receive a refund. Their website states 'Book with confidence Book today with full peace of mind, our Book with Confidence Guarantee provides full financial protection. As ever, your health and wellbeing is our priority" what a joke!!

Just like most of the other reviews these people will steal your money and refuse to give refunds, not reply to emails, be rude on the phone once you eventually get through. They are greedy and shameless. I had to wait over a year to finally get my refund of £259 and the process was draining.

Absolutely disgusted by how I have been treated by Spabreaks.com. I booked a spa day for my elderly parents a couple of months before the pandemic started. We waited patiently for restrictions to be lifted and it was safe to be able so we could book the SPA day. upon trying to book the spa we were told that our voucher had expired, I was staggered. What type of company does this to their customers. They now won't even reply to my emails, I guess hoping we will just go away. They have taken my money and given us nothing in return which is immoral and using a world pandemic to snatch people's hard-earned money is beyond belief. I hope fate treats this company the same way they treat their customers. Trading standards is my next step for this company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! If I could leave 0/5 I would! Absolutely disgusted in their customer service and shocked that along with everyone they are also refusing to extend the expiry date of my voucher. Their rationale is that the person who bought it should have made contact to extend. Firstly it was a leaving gift from someone I no longer work with, secondly I was never informed of this so couldn't have known. You should be appalled with yourselves especially given that people have suffered so much over the past 12 months already.

Cannot believe we had 2x £500 worth of vouchers that expired during the pandemic and Spabreaks are refusing to help. I don’t want a refund, I just want the vouchers extended!! I was pregnant during the pandemic (so obviously being careful) and in addition was told I was high risk due to a blood clotting issue. I could understand if they were struggling too much to refund me, but I just want to be able to use the £1000 we have already paid!!!! There is absolutely no justification for them stealing from me!

AVOID THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY! Refused to extend my voucher expiry that could not be used because of the Covid pandemic. Total unsympathetic attitude. See all the other reviews here that highlight the same problem. What a pool full of sharks. WHATEVER YOU DO DON’T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Same as everyone else , unable to use vouchers and no communication from spa breaks , website misleading and no one is interested when you contact them. Feel totally ripped off . Alternative companies who we hold similar vouchers with have automatically extended vouchers. Should be ashamed of yourselves and stance spa breaks in these dificult times , disgraceful

It comes as no surprise to me when I look at the comments on here, Twitter and Trust Pilot that those who have vouchers that they were unable to use (due to all spas being closed) during the Pandemic are deeply upset at being ripped off by the awful Spabreaks joke of a company. Here's my thoughts. DO NOT BOOK with Spabreak. The service is absolutely terrible. My partner and I were bought a £300 Spabreak voucher for his birthday. The Pandemic took hold and I was advised by a Spabreak employee (when I called last summer to ensure the voucher wouldn't be lost and remain valid) not to worry and as it's such a substantial amount - of course it will be extended into this year as the spas have not even been open to book! Upon follow up this year I've spoken with three employees over the phone, all who told me that I would still be able to book (as it's not my fault I would still be able to use my voucher) but just need to go on line so my follow up is 'in the system'. Having done all I was advised I have now been very coldly informed by email that as I did not book my voucher is no longer redeemable and they are really sorry for any inconvenience caused. Never once was I advised to email in or do anything different to what I did. This is basic theft. Why would I do anything to risk being able to use the voucher (especially one of such an amount). How can they not even offer any help or compassion on a £300 voucher that couldn't be used because ALL spas were closed due to the pandemic and the lockdowns. I have also tried calling many times over the past week and after waiting for 10 mins on hold the line just goes dead. This has already been a very challenging year but I didn't expect this on top. It was a trip we were really looking forward to booking especially as we've both experienced loss.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. I have been unable to use my spa voucher which cost over £150 due to COVID, lockdown and family health issues. Spabreaks has refused to extend the voucher or refund it to me. Citing the terms and conditions I signed up to when I purchased the voucher only allowed a 14 day cooling off period (pre covid). No care or compassion for customers. Disgusting. Do not use.

Buyer Beware, Shop elsewhere - AVOID!! AVOID! AVOID! Spabreaks.com Over the years I have used a number of companies/hotels for spa treatments, Spabreaks.com are the absolute worse by a very long way. Because of co-vid and a change in the Tier system my spa treatment had to be understandably cancelled. Quite reasonably I requested a refund. This has been refused by the company. I have had now had to escalate matters with the threat of legal action to get my money back. In these difficult times every company I have dealt with have been flexible and offered full refunds when they can’t deliver because of the effect of co-vid. Spa breaks.com are not one of these companies. Read the reviews below as this seems to be a theme with this company of keeping peoples money and I would even question the validity of the more positive reviews. AVOID, AVOID AVOID this company if you want to keep your money.

I would rate this company 0/10. I had a spa break booked, THEY cancelled it due to covid restrictions. I am due a refund of £260. I then emailed 3 times to different email addresses requesting my full refund which I am entitled to and had no reply. I left it 3 weeks and I then phoned customer services I spoke to a gent called Alexis and he was very helpful he emailed the manager straight away and got them to contact me. They contacted me giving me unacceptable options and did not once mentions refund, I responded straight away and over a week later STILL NO REPLY. I think this so totally unacceptable, I was told I would need to rebook for some time before March - I am an NHS worker so time off between now and March is not likely and I do not wish to rebook with this company. I demand somebody gets In contact about my refund ASAP. Do not recommend this company at all.
