I have been trying to communicate with Spaseekers for several months regarding vouchers that expired during COVID. I have left massages on a really poor answer machine that no one has responded to. I have emailed several times the last time I had a reply stating that your staff were not yet back to full capacity but my voucher would be extended for six months and someone would send a further email when able. That was over two months ago and still no one has responded. I have been trying for days to contact someone by phone several times waiting for over an hour then having to hang up due to other commitments. This is absolutely ridiculous and lack of concern for your clients who have paid good money for vouchers. I will definitely not use or recommend your company again. I don’t know how you can still be allowed to sell vouchers on line with such a poor service. Hopefully people will read this before they book. Go direct to the Spa Hotel and get a much better service and correct information.

Spaseekers are liars. They lied to us about an upgrade in regards to the list of things we would receive but won’t refund it as it’s not what was received. They put the blame on us that we didn’t check our confirmation but they gave us the wrong information so we would upgrade. Never use. Absolute scammers.

Terrible company. Please do not book with them. As you can see here so many people have been left out of pocket with no response to any calls or emails. Clearly something is seriously wrong but not only are they not assisting customers who have paid good money for experiences, they are still advertising on social media!

I made a booking for me and my partner to visit a spa on holiday in Oxford. A day later the Spa called me to say they are actually fully booked and cannot fit us in that day, or any of the days we are in the area for the holiday. It should not be possible to book a date that is not available! The spa told me I needed to contact SpaSeekers to request a refund. I have sent them an email but had no response. I also tried calling many times but their phone line is always engaged - no queue to speak to someone, just beep beep beep and then it disconnects. At this point I am worried I will not get my money back.

Made a booking for my daughters birthday, Spa emailed to say they cannot fit us in that day, they cannot fit us in anywhere near the date we wanted. How is it possible to book a date that is not available! I have phoned and emailed and no one has contacted me poor poor customer service. I cannot get through on the phone I just want my money back I'm sick of being messed around. I do not recommend anyone using this company as the advertise dates that are not available Libby Hunton

I have used Spa Seekers for years but after my latest experience I will never use them again! Long wait times to speak to them on the phone. Staff/agents are rude and disrespectful. I was told there weren’t any managers to speak to, then when I finally did get to speak to a manager it was basically “Sorry, but we can’t help you” They have taken my money but cancelled my booking. Zero customer service. I’ve booked straight with the Hotel for £12 more, well worth it not too have to deal with spa seekers ever again! Shame they no longer care about their customers who have supported them for years!

Will never use them again and do not recommend. Made booking and didn’t hear back confirmation so I called to check what time we needed to arrive for our afternoon package I’d paid for and they said my colleague contacted you to say the venue has no availability that day. I asked how and was told by email. There were no emails from spa seekers in my inbox. There were two in my spam folder. They didn’t have anywhere else in the area for the day we wanted so my friend called round venues direct and found and booked. I’ve spent several wasted phone calls listening to their irritating waiting music to try and get my refund to be told it’s been processed yet it’s not in my account. They said they’d investigate and call me back yesterday but still nothing!!

Me and my boyfriend booked through Spa Seekers, an exclusive Spa Day for Two at the Macdonald Elmers Court Hotel. To say this day was a disappointment is an understatement and the response from your company since has been utterly shameful. On the 20/12/19 me and my boyfriend travelled over an hour and a half to the Spa in question. When we arrived we were told to expect a glass of champagne, something we did not get. To top it off, we were told that the Spa’s booking system was down so they couldn’t remember what we had booked etc. After informing them of our booking we were told that only one therapist was on the premises for the day so what we had booked as a ‘couples’ treatment was no longer available and that we would have to have our treatments one after the other and that this would mean a delayed time. After being shown the premises (still no champagne) me and my boyfriend went down to the pool where there were not even enough loungers to lay down. When it came time for one of us to have our treatments, me and my boyfriend waited for over 40 minutes before someone came out to talk to us. She was confused as to what our treatments were and to be honest seemed rather annoyed that we were requesting two treatments each (something which we had paid for). My boyfriend went first and I waited in the ‘relaxation room’. To my surprise, fire alarms were being tested that day and so instead of relaxing, I was sat in a rather cold room with loud sirens going off (I have attached a video). I decided to go to the pool to escape but there was a pool Zumba class taking place with loud music and a women shouting out through a microphone. Once again not the sort of thing you expect when booking a spa day. By this point, my own treatments were nearly 2 hours delayed and it was approaching 3pm. I hadn’t eaten since 9am that morning when we set off for the spa and had been expecting afternoon tea which ‘shock’ we didn’t receive either. As there was no where else to go, I went and sat in the changing rooms and waited for my boyfriend so that we could leave. This was over a month ago and despite me and my boyfriend sending numerous emails to SpaSeekers, we have not had any refund. They have not even emailed back an apology. My boyfriend has rang numerous times with the promise that he would have call back-something that didn't happen. I was promised resolution within 5 days- something that didn't happen. I do NOT recommend using them; if anything was to go wrong with your booking you would have to deal with a completely inept customer service team.

I have used spa seekers before and that was all fine but today Zo helped me this morning and she was a gem! she couldn't do enough for me and I haven't exactly left myself lots of time seeing as its this Saturday I was looking to do. She was a pleasure to talk to and would gladly use again based on this. Many Thanks for all your help Zo :)
