I recently had a very disappointing experience with StubHub. I ordered tickets for a show, only for it to be canceled. To my surprise, StubHub falsely advertised that the show was postponed, contradicting the venue’s website, which clearly stated it was canceled. I had to jump through hoops, providing multiple forms of verification about the cancellation as if I were an employee of the company. After providing a link and a picture, I was told to wait to be contacted. It has now been over 10 days, and I’m still waiting for a refund for this canceled concert. This experience has been frustrating, and I expected better customer service from StubHub.

StubHub has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. First off, their customer service is nearly non-existent. When I encountered an issue with my ticket order, it took ages to get a response, and when I finally did, the representative seemed uninformed and unhelpful. The website itself is often glitchy, making it difficult to navigate and complete purchases. I also found that the ticket prices were misleading; additional fees were tacked on at checkout, which made the total much higher than initially advertised. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. To make matters worse, I received tickets that were not as described. They were listed as "best available," but they turned out to be in the farthest corner of the venue, with a limited view. When I tried to address this, I was met with vague responses and no real solution. Overall, my experience with StubHub has been incredibly disappointing. I expected much better service and transparency, but instead, I was left feeling frustrated and cheated. I would not recommend using StubHub for ticket purchases.

DO NOT USE STUBHUB. I bought tickets two months ago and they said that they would be delivered DAY OF. now that it’s the day of, still had not received tickets. Called and they said there were no tickets available. Absolutely terrible. Booked a hotel and drove hours to be at this game and now all wasted. DO NOT USE STUBHUB

I purchased tickets to Durham Performance Art Center thru Stubhub. I get to the event and tickets are unavailable. Would not recommend this cutlet are unreliable.

I sold my ticket through viagogo and the buyer from stubhub, both companies are related. I couriered the tickets on time but non payment to me from viagogo, month after event took place. Also, I have contacted viagogo by emails and live chats but nothing progress /no responsive.

Listed tickets I had to sell.. they were invisible because the app lists preferred sellers.. so my ticket listing was virtually invisible..don't list here..terrible

The only reason I gave stub hub a one is that zero was not available! I purchased a ticket for Taylor swift concert. I was issued a email confirming my purchase then received another email a day later that they had cancelled the transaction. By this time I had flown to Toronto and had no ticket. ii tried to purchase a new ticket but by this point ticket prices had doubled making them cost prohibitive. I did not see the show I had waited to see for a long time. The level of disappointment and dissatisfaction is beyond words! I will NEVER use Stub Hub again. I believe their shady business practices should be investigated.

Purchased tickets for the Nascar final race 7 months prior and the seller never sent our tickets. Planned our entire trip around it and couldn't even go. Pathetic company and I will never use them again and make sure everyone I know doesn't. We did receive our money back after yelling, stress, being hung up on and hours and hours on the phone with customer service. Didn't care about the money wanted to attend the event.

We had ordered tickets two months before the concert. The day of the concert the tickets did not arrive. We spoke to customer service and were told they would be there by 7pm (the concert began at 8pm). At 7:35 pm we still didn’t have tickets. Again spoke with customer service and they said select different tickets. We did and then were told they would be available within the hour. They did not tell us that in advance of us making the new selection. We had to demand an alternative. We were told to download a different app and purchase tickets. We did and got into the concert just as it began. Our “new” seats were at the very top of the theater. Needless to say it was a very negative experience.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They are truly horrible and pathetic. A joke of a company I don’t know how they are in business. I will NEVER use them again. Selling tickets through them has turned my year since March into a nightmare.

They are running a scam, they charge you up front and then make you wait for the tickets cause they don't take the responsibility to deliver the ticket. I bought tickets from them and the tickets were never delivered, I ended up missing the event and got refund few weeks later but the opportunity to attend the event passed by for me. The customer service terrible with scripted response instead of helping the customer.

Bought tickets to a football game weeks in advance on the 50 yard line. The day before the game I get a message saying that those seats aren’t available, the website then gave us options for alternate tickets. The only “alternative” options are in the end zone in the nose bleeds, and it said that it was an upgrade. We wanted very much so to be on or close to the 50 and that’s the only reason a I bought those tickets.

My family and I was a victim of Disneyland fake tickets , if you know you got scammed by a fake ticket seller or website contact disneylandftc at outlook com .And get them tracked and refund back...

Stubhub is a scam! Bought tickets to my local OHL hockey team. Not only did I not receive the tickets I bought, when I contacted customer service… to say they were less than helpful is an understatement. They told me it was a “trusted seller” that was 14 hours ahead of my local time and they couldn’t review a refund. 14 hours ahead??? That’s not even in my continent. Who in another continent could have tickets to an OHL game. Not only were we not allowed in to the game we waited outside for hours in the cold and in rain with no result. They are not the same company they use to be. We have bought many tickets off of them in the past with no problems. I can assure you after this I will Never buy anything from stubhub again. Red was the worst customer service rep we have ever experienced.

I spent $400 on tickets to a show in Boston 2 months before the show. 1 Hour before the show calling doing what ever I can to get my tickets. No Luck getting them. Stub hub said they will refund the money. That was back in September it's now the end of November still no refund. I have called and spoke to real people who all said they will get this taken care of. Yep you guessed it no luck getting my refund. DO NOT EVER USE STUBHUB ! RIP OFF ALL THE WAY TO YOUR SEAT!!

I purchased a parking pass but was denied entry when I got to the venue. I asked for a refund after submitting proof I was forced to go to general parking. Stubhub initially agreed to give me my money back but then recanted. Absolutely shameful!
