I like make a Serious complaint to TK max In Truro. There’s only 2 people on the till and very slow at services. But really good clothes but not than good for Value I think Tk max is cheap shop I think for now on there should more people on the Till when it comes to summer lot of people likes to shop at Tk max but are really friendly and kind. from Victoria

My mother sent me into the limerick branch to dropback a top that did not fit . It was 2 days out of the return date on the receipt. She had rung them earlier in the week as she was not able to get over to drop back earlier shes 85! and was told she would not get a refund but a credit note ,fine.. Upon taking it to the counter and dealing with a girl at the till the cashier beside butted in quite aggressively and said it was out of date and that's it.i was not even dealing with her. I explained what my mother was told and the German sounding woman stalked off to get a manager. A short blond older women rocked up obviously eager to show her claws she said repeatedly that she was the manager I explained the case and she said its not on the system any more. I pointed out it was still tagged and all of 22.99 but to no avail even when I told her as a family we spend a fortune in there I have teenage girls!! Still all i was met with was I'm the manager and not a budge, I'll talk to my team and correct them as your mother should not of been given that information. I said how poorly I felt I was being treated and that that was the end of being a long standing customer I was told fine and good luck.. Over something so small it was shocking treatment I was approached outside by another customer who was at the counter and they expressed there discust at what they'd witnessed. My daughters where upset as they where seeing from a distance what was going on one of them heard the teller approach the manager and describe me as a pain!! Not good at all.... I am furious at this shop, I shop regulary in-store and online, but on this occasion am very upset, I have ordered 1 bracelet for myself and my mum loved it so much that I placed another order with a pair of earrings, when I opened my package 2 boxes but the bracelet box was empty which means no bracelet! When I contacted customer service they were not able to help me!!! And that it was sent to me but cant proove me that bracelet was inside the box!! I lost £80 very very angry!!!

Made online order with 1 day delivery option from the official TK Maxx website but the product hasn't been delivered yet. Seems like a scam to steal money from customers.

bought a homes and gardens candle as i often pick a candle up when i pop in to use or keep for gifts. Candle burned black smoke and ruined my downstairs toilet, £200 for painting and that wasn’t all the specialised cleaning products for grout and tiles, you would have thought it was fire damage.Customer service did nothing as i had obviously paid cash and didn’t have receipt as i had bought it 8/10 weeks before using it. Thankfully i didn’t gift it! Customer service were shown candle photos of damage ect .Needless to say i won’t shop there again nor my family

Stood on a clothing tag loose on the floor in the Millers Junction store and it popped my shoe (nike air max). The manager was quite rude and reluctantly took my information. This was 3 months ago, i have tried to get in touch and have my issue resolved. They will email me once when i threaten to take them to the ombudsman and then stop responding. Absolutely disgusting treatment and I imagine if I broke something in their store I would have to pay for it, but not the other way around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

In February I was travelling I've bought a suitcase from TK maxx when travelling the zip fell I'm having to buy some strap to hold the suitcase today I went back to take a marks with all my invoice and a warranty they refused to replace the bag the manager was very unhelpful didn't show any compassion no respect very poor service I will not go back anymore to Tk max Scarborough ,after more than 17 years buying in the shop. This is a disgrace this is a shame

I ordered something to be collected from TKMAXX TAUNTON. I was ill and missed the deadline for collection. When I asked how to get my giftcard refunded I was told someone had collected it using a driving licence. I don't drive and don't have a licence. It was not collected by me or anyone I know. The person dealing with me, Erin, has refused to show me the signature. There is fraud and theft going on here. I will be reporting this to the Police.

Went in for last minute presents. Followef around aisles by a store assistant constantly upstairs.made to feel really uneasy. Spoke to manager who basically said dont care. Spoke with a women downstairs who shrugged her shoulders. I know they get shoplifters but this was horrible and the response from the manager equally horrible. Avoid going if you want to feel like a criminal for just shopping. I won't step a foot in there again. Disgusting behaviour

The Wathamstow branch is the worst tkmaxx ever ! Fitting room feels like border controls and make you feel very uncomfortable! Staff rude and not interested ! Security staff grumpy look rough and think they are some kind of special forces . The store is badly arranged ! Iv seen better setups in charity shops.

Purchased a handbag in Clearance (TK Maxx, Solihull), clearly marked £20 with red sticker. Paid for items and left store. When I arrived home, I saw from the receipt I was charged £27.00, and that cashier too it upon herself to remove Clearance tag. Having contacted Customer Services, they instructed me to return to store for them to check price. I returned to store asking that they check CCTV footage. Within 10mins Manager returned said they were unable to see clearly as camera(s) were too far away (what load of rubbish) and that the correct price was charged. When challenged about the Clearance tag been removed from only that one item, she was dissmisve of the fact that the item was tagged as a Clearance item by mistake. I WOULD URGE ANYONE PURCHASING ITEMS IN TK MAXX TO CHECK THE FOLLOWING: 1) ITEMS ARE BEING SCANNED AT THE PRICE TAGGED; 2) THE CASHIER DOES NOT REMOVE TAG SHOWING PRICE DISPLAYED.

It was my wife’s birthday i have ordered 12 different items. It said in the website it should arrive in 5 days. 5 th day didn’t arrive.6th i have contacted them didn’t arrive evri by the way wortd delivery company you can’t contact them .day 7 I contacted tkmaxx custemer service again they said sorry just wait. My wife birthday passed . I was checking the parcel every day day 12-13 goes on same story. At the end day refunded me which is i lost 14 days plus up to 14 days to get my money back. Ruined the birthday for me. I hope you dont do the same mistake. Sorry they offered me 10£ gift card for it all. I said keep it and spend it to customer service

I have been shopping at tkmaxx for over 6 years l had a very bad accident last November and now am classed as disabled. The service was always good at your Brighton store. but last week 23rd June as l always call in each week since coming out of hospital to find new clothes as now l am extra large size .l went up to mens wear floor got new underwear came back down in lift to pay with my two crutches and there was a very bid queue at the pay desk so like last week l went to the jewellery counter as the young lady was just standing there doing nothing she said get in the queue over there .l replied last week on the same day Friday l bought over £120 of stuff and the lady was happy to serve me .then she said your no different just because your on crutches l replied but l have a blue 💙 badge and can't stand long so l went and got in the queue when it was my turn the very nice man with a goaty beard was so helpful and l as for the manager she came right away .l have to use the lift can't get on moving staircase. Then today Sunday went to eastbourne store staff are five star the manager always says hello as myself and my partner spend a lot of money there we only shop at tkmax.

Store is disgustingly dirty fitting rooms are awful windowsill got flies aplenty on them like they breeding manager Katie very rude to staff and cleaners think they changed cleaning staff as was fantastic before need to get rid of the manager Katie as she bullies the staff I witnessed

Bad manager is Henry from Forest Hill Chase ,the idiot didnt give me the job when im perfect for the job 20 years of customer service high end Retail work,available anytime perfect person for the basic job,Henry from Forest Hill Chase needs to go maybe he is a racist.

Absolute joke! Tk Maxx has been my go to for few years, until the recent expereince. I have found the shoes online for £37.99 and went to store to try them. By some miracle, they had them in store however price was £44.99. I came to the till to see if they will match the price. How wrong was I??The woman looked at me as I am absolute alien trying to concur the world. She told me if I like the shoes, I should buy it online and leave her alone. To prove the point, i Did. The order was supposed to arrive on Sat 2 weeks ago, then on Monday and then on Tuesday... and then 2 weeks later in still in some warehouse. Tk maxx customer service is terrible, basically sending the same message every time I contact them, that they will get in touch with courier within 48 hrs and thats it. I have now requested a refund no luck. That was my order for shoes, a birthday present for my best friend and Xmas present for my partner. All of which are no longer available online so I will just have to hope at least they will refund £££ I spent. Never never again!
