“Horrendous service - made no effort to deliver my items. They are still sat in the warehouse over a month later and have never even been put on a van for delivery. Live Chat just keeps getting closed. They will not acknowledge my existence let alone the £700 worth of my stuff they have and refuse to deliver.”

“Billed me for products said they where on back order no delivery day emailed back no answer month later they took more money out of my account never notified me saying that I owed for parts that I only payed shipping first time. Still don't have delivery date finally got someone to answer phone call and no delivery date said they may cost more when they get parts if price increases not there problem still don't have parts 2 months later”
“Appalling mess! No text the day before the parcel was due. No text on the morning of delivery. Only knew the item was arriving by tracking. Delivered our parcel with another one addressed to us which wasn’t ours that is now sitting in our hall awaiting collection.”

“I must admit I was a bit apprehensive about receiving my delivery after reading all these reviews but I’ve got to say there were brilliant, I received my order on the day it was expected, I wasn’t able to be home for the delivery but left a note on my front door asking them to deliver to my neighbour which they gladly did and the lad was very helpful with my neighbour and carried it inside to where she wanted it put!!! The only fault I can find with the company is a lack of contact number.”

“We ordered a 8 section book shelf from Wayfair. XDP were supposed to deliver this eight section book shelf on 27th September. A wrong item (6 section instead) was delivered to us. We notified Wayfair who sent a replacement via XDP scheduled to be delivered by 2nd October. XDP tracking shows that the replacement consignment has been split into two consignments but no indication for a delivery date. Wayfair do not seem to be able to help and they cannot understand why the consignment is split. So the XDP tracking information is totally useless and we have no idea when the consignment is going to be delivered. (To make things worse XDP delivered a component of the original wrong item to the wrong address). I am not sure we are ever going to receive the full correct item.”
“Had a text saying delivery would be 12.30 but ome 6.30 still no arival then i had a text to say i was next in line and i could track them a few streets from me then i had an email saying i missed my delivery with a photo taken of a house 2 streets away and now i have no way of contacting them so feel like iv pretty much lost my order”
“Parcel tracking says delivered. But no delivery attempt has been made. I have cctv and video doorbell. Definitely not delivered and no card through letterbox. This parcel cost me £350. Trying to contact xpd is impossible. Live chat gets no response. My question was read but no answer and waited2 hours No number to call. Been trying solid for 2 days. Builder starting in 2 days and I need dimensions. Absolutely disgusting”
“1 star is a compliment as no sign of my order despite promises 5 times over last 4 days. They say delivery attempted or mine is next (at 4.40am) to sign for contact less. I did sign at 7.30am and a minute later had a message - sorry we missed you. Impossible to re-arrange or speak to anyone. I can only assume its a scam company. Noting they say is true. Don't touch anything for delivery by them. My order was through Robert Dyas and was a third party manufacturer/distributor. Hope I get my money back - have to notify the credit card company (always pay with credit card as you're protected then).”

Texted me 2 days ago with a reference number and said when it would be delivered.
On day of delivery more great updates and live map of driver and was delivered just when they said.

“XDP have tried to deliver my consignment to someone else’s house in the picture they sent me!…I’ve tried to contact XDP on their live chat which clearly isn’t “Live” because there is no response!….I’ve also downloaded their App but not able to login (continual error messages)!…..I’ve also emailed explaining they are trying to deliver my consignment to the wrong house & all I received back was an automated email advising 24-48 hours for a response which has now expired & still no contact received from XDP!…..what an appalling way to run a business!….why is this company still in business when clearly their operation is run so badly!!!!!!”
“Without any doubt the worst customer experience I have ever had!!
They have damaged a delivery of flooring, not once, but twice. The second they returned to the supplier without informing us. They just continued to say it was out for delivery for over a week!
Totally useless and incompetent organisation.
I just feel sorry for the drivers who have to meet the customers and explain why their goods are late and damaged. Poor drivers do not have a chance when you see how the vans are loaded.”
