“The rudest guys ever. I cannot believe how bad…
I ordered a large item from Amazon and the company used dpd for the delivery. I requested a delivery on a specific date and xdp came 3 days earlier.
They called me and told me off for not being here and would not hear me out.
Never seen such bad customer service”
“I will never buy anything from XDL again never. I placed my order for my dodge truck exhaust system and they shipped me a exhaust for a ford. So I called them told them it was not wrong exhaust. The lady told me no problem she’ll send me a email with a label to send it back. So I get the email and there was no shipping label. I call them back told the lady there was no return shipping label. She than tells me I have to pay for the shipping to return it even though it was their fault. So $120.00 dollars later to ship it back. They received it back took them a week to look at it to make sure everything was there.I called 3 times complaining about it. On the last time calling I finally got a email saying it’ll be refund. They were very rude. They last our business.”
“XDP delivered just as and when they said they would. And along with that the delivery driver, Stephen from depot 432 was helpful, jolly and polite, a refreshing change from some people.”
“I would give zero stars if I could! Parcel showing as delivered when no delivery has ever been attempted and a fraudulent signature to boot! No way of contacting XDP as they never answer the phone and no one is ever available on live chat. Scam company avoid at all costs”

“Shocking company. My item was on a 5 day delivery yet it has been stuck at their collection depot for 10 days with no movement. Tried contacting them but there's no answer on the phone and no reply to email. It's an uncontactable company who don't seem to care about their deliveries or customers.”

“They didn’t bother delivering the goods when they said they would. Lied 2 times that they attempted to deliver my goods which was not true as i was home both days. Even took time off work to be available for the delivery. They caused a mass inconvenience to me and my job. On top of this they have the audacity to charge you when you call! “Would give zero stairs if possible. Waited in for delivery, only 3 of the 4 packages delivered leaving me unable to complete the job. Contacted the seller who said XDP have lost the item!!! Even thought it’s 2.5 metres long and 0.5 metres wide!!! So they will rearrange delivery with same courier 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️”

“do not use this company. order a driving range matt from net world sports, The XPD app says delivered on the app and website.
There is a photo of the bar code with someone writing my name on it and no signature.
Cost 30 pounds deliver... sounds more and more a like a scam.
If I don't hear back within 48 hours, I will be taking legal action agains the company”
