“This is week 7 of waiting for a delivery. The tracking says they will deliver at a certain time and they NEVER do! I am now awaiting the second despatch, as the first eventually became too damaged to deliver as it was passed around the depots and was sent back to the supplier, who now have to claim compensation. You are a DELIVERY company - just DELIVER. Absolutely dismally useless, the worst delivery company I have ever experienced.”
“Delivery 24 hrs late, tracking website is worse than useless. Don't think you can phone anyone because no one answers the phone ever. Or they do then hang up straight away. One of the worst delivery companies I have ever dealt with and that is saying something...... AVOID, AWFUL, save yourself the pain.”
“The guy calls me and says I will be with you around 3.30pm said I will be out at school run and be home for 3.45pm he said ok just after 4 get a call at 3.pm when I had left house to say I'm outside your house il give u 5 mins only to get back,rude!!!!get back home they carry my sofa in hits his hand on the radiator and swears the house down then says to the younger lad who was lovely get her to sign and come on we will be he for midnight he had no manners what so ever”
“Nobody here at an hour over the specified time, tried emailing and calling but no reply!! I have travelled 1.5hrs to be here to receive the delivery and took half a day off work!!! Now not sure when I can safely accept that they are not coming tonight and go home!! What a wasted, frustrating day!!”

Try calling the landline number and you get a recorded message saying that this is a busy period and no one can get back to you. The local depot is a email address. This place needs to be closed down and the staff burnt at the stake.”

Worse collection company I have ever dealt with
I had received a mirror which was the wrong one so XDP were used by the company to return it. I received two emails saying XDP are coming to collect my delivery. One on the 29th November saying someone was coming 2pm-5pm and no one turned up. I received another one today saying someone was coming between 7.18am-10.18am and once again no one has turned up. I have emailed and called with no response and it's an absolute joke. Would have given 0 stars if I could have.”
“On a friday i was given a scheduled delivery slot,a week later and a total of six scheduled slots, and as many phone calls.the stress and the waiting in , it arrived with no apology.I have never experienced such dreadful service.”
“What a joke they are. If I wasn't still missing my order I'd laugh at how bad they are. They didn't deliver, and only when chased up did they offer the most implausible excuses that, quite frankly, make them look like complete incompetent idiots. A very quick search on XPD reviews gives a lengthy catalogue of similar experiences. I will never buy anything from a company that uses XPD as couriers. It surprises me that any sellers still use them.”
“AVOID but also rather hilarious. It is true services offered can be so abysmal that they are funny.
My parcel was booked on a 24 hour delivery on Thursday 3 November to arrive Friday 4 November. It never turned up. XDP were provided with both my work landline and mobile so I was surprised that no-one even called. Nor did XDP telephone the second time my parcel was scheduled to be delivered (Monday 7 November) and again, never turned up. Tuesday went by and the 24 hour service was becoming a bit of a joke to my partner and I. Still no call.
At lunchtime on Wednesday 9 November, I received a call from a very rude and unhelpful lady who kept repeating, "your parcel is scheduled for delivery tomorrow". Both my comments of "I was wondering if the driver was having difficulty finding my address" and "I'm on my mobile every day if the driver needs to call" were responded to with "your parcel is scheduled for delivery tomorrow". Clearly this monotone parrot-fashion repeating machine was not going to help me and we all know that tone of voice that says "I am incapable of caring any less about you or your 24 hour service that you the customer have paid for and for which is funding my salary".
I was however given some further minor details that XDP Express didn't even attempt to deliver my parcel on Tuesday 8 November (still booked on the 24 hour service) and that XDP hadn't shipped it at all for delivery on Wednesday 9 November (still booked on the 24 hours service).
Here's hoping my parcel arrives today (Thursday 10 November).
I secretly suspect XDP are striving for a spectacular 7 day week delivery time for their 24 hour service.
And today (in the last few minutes as I write this) I find out through a supplier that regularly uses XDP that the depot is currently under visitation from their HQ because the staff are so poor at their job. No kidding.
Could not recommend more highly that you avoid any service offered by XDP Express. It's hilarious how utterly awful they are as a "courier business".

“For all of those ordering goods within the UK. This company is involved in unfair customer practices where they would not allow customers to open parcels upon delivery. On the other hand their rules make insurance void unless parcels are declared as damaged upon delivery. In essence defrauding customers. Stay away from them.”

“I will not say much...They lost my brand new 55 inch TV!!! Fortunately seller had insurance and will be compensated. But just think of it: waiting for a week for them to try to find it in the depots and after a week it was declared as "lost"! “Sent me an email to say 2 men would be delivering my bed -1 man turned up and said he couldn't take it up stairs so left it on the kitchen!! I'm a petite female the bed is king size?

“I have never received my parcel, they lied to me, never once contacted me, I had to take 3 different days off work and no one turned up. Even the manager couldn't be bothered to fix it”
“The first package I received was damaged (1 hole in the box), which caused damage to the goods inside. The company I placed the order with confirmed that it was damaged in transit and sent me a replacement. The replacement was delivered and had even more significant damage to the packaging (a total of 6 holes/tears in the box, some of which measured up to 6" and were all over the large box (ie. not in one place)). Again, this caused damage to the goods inside. When questioned, the driver said he had hit his head on the box. Once again, the supplier confirmed in writing that this was caused during transit.
All in all, not a good experience.”
