“In my 18 years of shopping online and having had all manners of couriers on my doors. This is by far the worst courier service ever. No adjectives do justice to the height of incompetence and lassez faire attitude with this company. And the reason they keep getting away with this ridiculousness is because we are the end users and not the clients who use them to get orders across to customers. Useless app, clueless customer service...absolutely despicable. And I will be leaving an undiluted feedback in the event my bed ever arrives which is running over a week late now!”
“Had a order from Aldi. That was being delivered by XDP. Very good service .the delivery was a day late due to it being misrouted but I had a call from the manager Darren Miller to explain.
The next day I had a text to give me a 2hr window of delivery and the driver called me also to keep me up dated with delivery , this Bridgend Depot 516 was brilliant and the driver who delivered my parcel in Caerphilly cf83 %100”

“Ordered bed from crazy price beds, dispatched 31st dec, said 1 to 2 working days delivery, due thurs 2nd jan, rang crazy beds friday after reading reviews, crazy beds very good and helpful, they spoke to xdp who said they had been let down by an employee and my item will be upgraded to saturday delivery which is today, had the text msg saying out for delivery this morning between 10.05am and 12.05pm, been in all day and oh fancy that no show, will be ringing to cancel my order monday, no way im waiting stupid amounts of time for my sons bed, floors no fun for that long”
“To find out what day your item will be delivered you have to download an app which doesn't work. There is no customer service for deliveries: only for suppliers, so I have no idea when my parcel will arrive. I would wait in to receive it or reschedule if there was any way of doing so. I wouldn't use this service again by choice.”
“If I could give 0 stars, I would. I get a text from XDP saying they will be there between 1 and 3. I get an email at 12:30 saying they tried to deliver my item, but I wasn’t home (not true at all). I call the warehouse and they tell me they don’t have time to go through security (I live on a base). They ask if I can meet them at a roundabout...it’s a 9’x12’ rug and I drive a Honda Jazz. Then they tell me they’ll be back the next day and they never showed up. I’m not doing anymore business with wayfair.com as long as they are using this incompetent company”
“Very poor experience with this company. I ordered two items from the same company. On the XDP tracking website, both items were seen as being in the depot. The following day one of the items was delivered. The following day, the second parcel was still in their depot, according to the tracking information. They ignored my correspondence about this. After contact with the sellers, XDP said they would deliver, six days later. This did not happen. Despite trying to contact them and being in regular contact with the seller, I have now cancelled this order and received a refund. This is thirteen days after it had appeared to be in the depot. Absolutely dreadful service. It is the lack of customer service that annoys the most. Why have contact information when you just ignore customer queries?”
“Excellent service, my items were due for delivery on 27th Dec, I received a phone call on 23rd that it will be delivered next day. The driver rang me an hour beforehand to make sure I'll be in and also when they arrived. Items arrived for Christmas and the delivery men were punctual and great people! Thank you very much! “Bought a made to order bed from aspire UK. XDP sent me text to say delivering on Wednesday. No consignment number or contact details. Asked Aspire to arrange weekend delivery as I couldn't get day off work which they did. Bed still turned up whilst I was at work o Wed. Driver rang me and asked if he could leave it with a neighbour-seriously how can you expect a neighbour to take in a great big bed. Tried emailing but no response. No way of contacting them. Why are these companies using such an awful XDP to mess up their sales.”
“Absolutely terrible service. Paid £15 to powerhouse fitness for express 48hour delivery.
Waited in for 2 full days due to tracking info saying it was being delivered, no sign of it. On the 3rd day I have been given a time slot and it’s now an hour past the time slot and still no show. Cannot contact them directly as they will only speak to the supplier!
Tracking info is absolutely useless!

“Bad service from the start..ordered a tv....didnt arrive no updates from xdp other than to say it had arrived at depot...then nothing...e mailed company i purchased it from and it had gone missing...another tv was ordered by company this turned up damaged...n so another tv ordered by company...a week later nothing..so i rang company and asked them just to refund purchase n i would go elsewhere which i did...from placing order with argos to tv being delivered fab service.
.then an email sayin tv being delivered wed but refuse it atdoor it wud be then returned and full refund given.....waited wed allocated time...nothing.......thursday at work....n got an email sayin left tv at a neibours...no permission given by me no signature from me....the worst courier service ive had the displeasure to come across...wouldnt even give them one star if i didnt have to”
“Absolutely diabolical, been told on 3 separate occasions item was out for delivery, in the end told them to unload tumble dryer from van and made alternative arrangements I. E myself to go n drive there and pick it up myself they have no clue what there doing apart from lying, can't believe wayfair use this company, I have written an email to trading standards as I'm just not going to sit and allow them to treat people like this, how they still operating is beyond me!!! Ile also be seeking refund on my diesel costs to and from motherwell, trying hard not to swear on this review as I'm absolutely fuming!!!”
