“Bought a made to order bed from aspire UK. XDP sent me text to say delivering on Wednesday. No consignment number or contact details. Asked Aspire to arrange weekend delivery as I couldn't get day off work which they did. Bed still turned up whilst I was at work o Wed. Driver rang me and asked if he could leave it with a neighbour-seriously how can you expect a neighbour to take in a great big bed. Tried emailing but no response. No way of contacting them. Why are these companies using such an awful XDP to mess up their sales.”
“Absolutely terrible service. Paid £15 to powerhouse fitness for express 48hour delivery.
Waited in for 2 full days due to tracking info saying it was being delivered, no sign of it. On the 3rd day I have been given a time slot and it’s now an hour past the time slot and still no show. Cannot contact them directly as they will only speak to the supplier!
Tracking info is absolutely useless!

“Bad service from the start..ordered a tv....didnt arrive no updates from xdp other than to say it had arrived at depot...then nothing...e mailed company i purchased it from and it had gone missing...another tv was ordered by company this turned up damaged...n so another tv ordered by company...a week later nothing..so i rang company and asked them just to refund purchase n i would go elsewhere which i did...from placing order with argos to tv being delivered fab service.
.then an email sayin tv being delivered wed but refuse it atdoor it wud be then returned and full refund given.....waited wed allocated time...nothing.......thursday at work....n got an email sayin left tv at a neibours...no permission given by me no signature from me....the worst courier service ive had the displeasure to come across...wouldnt even give them one star if i didnt have to”
“Absolutely diabolical, been told on 3 separate occasions item was out for delivery, in the end told them to unload tumble dryer from van and made alternative arrangements I. E myself to go n drive there and pick it up myself they have no clue what there doing apart from lying, can't believe wayfair use this company, I have written an email to trading standards as I'm just not going to sit and allow them to treat people like this, how they still operating is beyond me!!! Ile also be seeking refund on my diesel costs to and from motherwell, trying hard not to swear on this review as I'm absolutely fuming!!!”

“Absolutely horrendous company, set a time to deliver, (I was in all day) didn't arrive. The app is totally useless, as it only shows your address, (thanks, I know where I live) the only other information on it is useless nonsense. Can't speak to anyone at XDP as they just refer you back to the seller, which is pointless as they won't and cannot know about delivery. Managed to reschedule the delivery for tomorrow, I'm not holding my breath.”
“Absolutely furious, cancelled all plans as I got a timed delivery slot from them this morning. Waited in all day and finally got an email after 5 pm saying delivery had been attempted and ‘they may have left a card’. They did not, I look directly out on to a small private car park and no delivery has been attempted today. I am so fed up and now have no free time before Christmas to wait at home.”
“This company is bogus. Have bought an item on amazon on 1 December and apparently they delivered my parcel at the front gate. What kind of stupid delivery man leaves a big parcel at the front gate and my house is situated by a very busy bus route. Extremely fuming considering I was home the whole day no knock, no card left no phone call. Worst thing is there no specific time on the delivery status on my amazon account so that meant I ve lost so many hours of work waiting for a £55 parcel(I have not picked shifts for 4 days but still waiting). On days when they stated delivery was to be made I ve stayed at home. Couldn’t even pop to the shops fearing that they ll attempt delivery but nothing. Absolute disgrace of a company. This company should be reported to trading standards coz this is a scam.!!!!!!!”
“TERRIBLE!! have been waiting for a delivery since the 4th December! they have apparently 'attempted' a delivery 7 times now and I have been home every time making sure I am there during the allocated time! no buzzer, no phone call just an email saying a delivery was attempted. Call customer service and on hold for over half an hour! I am absolutely hopeless at this stage - it seems all reviews are similar - infuriating! Where is your customer service!!??”
“due a delivery for a job on the 6th December, so far they've apparently delivered it twice but then returned it to the depot. Called customer services and the message told me the office was closed, at 3pm on a thursday. F***ing joke!”

“1 star is too kind. I thought Yodel and Hermes were bad but I was wrong. This is indeed the worst delivery company (i use the term loosely) out there!! They were supposed to deliver my new dinning chair and tables on the 10th December and didn't. The next day, I called Wayfair who chased it up. They provided an update to deliver on the 11th December. Upon delivery, they refused to bring the boxes up stairs as I live in an apartment. Now, cll me crazy but where is the delivery service???? Very disappointed that Wayfair would chose to partner with such a company who has now lost them money. Disappointed!!!!”
