“TERRIBLE!! have been waiting for a delivery since the 4th December! they have apparently 'attempted' a delivery 7 times now and I have been home every time making sure I am there during the allocated time! no buzzer, no phone call just an email saying a delivery was attempted. Call customer service and on hold for over half an hour! I am absolutely hopeless at this stage - it seems all reviews are similar - infuriating! Where is your customer service!!??”

“1 star is too kind. I thought Yodel and Hermes were bad but I was wrong. This is indeed the worst delivery company (i use the term loosely) out there!! They were supposed to deliver my new dinning chair and tables on the 10th December and didn't. The next day, I called Wayfair who chased it up. They provided an update to deliver on the 11th December. Upon delivery, they refused to bring the boxes up stairs as I live in an apartment. Now, cll me crazy but where is the delivery service???? Very disappointed that Wayfair would chose to partner with such a company who has now lost them money. Disappointed!!!!”

They fake it though and say they have and leave calling cards, which doesn’t happen. Its been returned to and I’ve received a refund from the retailer but had an e-mail at 6am this morning saying they tried to deliver and left a calling card. Total joke. Won’t order again from a company using this courier.”

Called supplier who called them and guaranteed it would be delivered that day but wait for it - drumroll and surprise it didn’t

Their online tracker is appalling and they do not answer calls. Expect big delays, damaged packages and little customer care with this company. They are full of excuses but making money so don't mind terrible service.”

Attended their head quarters through sheer frustration, reception lady superb, sadly their warehouse staff had no clue where anything was and couldn't find missing package. Relatively simple I thought something comes in - tick

“There is no option to give zero stars or I would have. This is the second bad experience I have had with XDP. Two weeks ago I was expecting a delivery from Blinds to go. they gave me a time slot and never turned up. I couldn't get through by phone and emails were not answered. Tracking said they had attempted delivery twice on different days and left a card which they did not as I was in and have 2 yappy dogs. I CAME HOME ONE NIGHT AND FOUND MY PACKAGE ON THE GRASS ON THE BACK GARDEN, THE CARDBOARD BOX WAS SOGGY AND DROPPED TO PIECES AS IT HAD BEEN RAINING ALL DAY. I had no indication that they were to deliver on that day or that they had delivered the parcel.
I am now expecting a door to be delivered from Wayfair. XDP said they were delivering Friday, I got a text to say they were delivering Wednesday with a 2 hour slot, they never turned up but tracking said they had attempted delivery and left a card ..... they hadn't done either. I rang Wayfair who were no help, they said they cannot contact XDP. I still do not know when my door will be delivered. I want to know who is delivering my goods before I order anything else online.”
“There’s tough competition out there, but XDP really do manage to be the worst courier service I’ve ever used. They really deserve zero stars. They’ll send you a message stating when they’ll deliver your item, but they won’t turn up. Then they’ll ignore your emails asking for an update on what they’ve done with your parcel. You’ll be left for days with no idea what’s happening. Honestly, use any alternative you can find, as this company is the worst of the worst.”
