“Would've given no stars if I could what a joke this company is have been waiting for a delivery according to the seller the courier's split the order I have received part of it like 12 panels not 40 plus 11 other items I'm still waiting delivery off which should have been delivered 2days ago contacted seller again and they have said it will take them 48hrs to get a reply why are people using this outfit cannot contact anyone out on a limb and so far only 12 panels to show for spending hundreds never will I buy anything from a seller who uses the company totally useless”
“I waited for my order that was suppose to be delivered today. I got an update that I’m on the next stop and then it shows as order delivered but I got nothing because the driver never turned up. Also couldn’t contact the company. This company is a joke!”
“Ordered a bed from cosy homes, paid for it and got a tracking number. XDP said would deliver it on 26/6/23, took day off didn’t come, rang XDP won’t answer, all you get is a message saying you are first in the queue which went on for an hour. Cosy Homes don’t answer their phone either all you gat is a message say mailbox full so opened a chargeback. Tracker shows XDP have 3 parcels in their depot for me and have done for a week, Cosy Homes finally emailed at 2am said XDP are waiting for 2 parcels. Would never use XDP for anything, useless and someone is obviously lying as my tracker says one thing and the seller another. Thanks to XDP the seller will now have a chargeback so if you have a business I wouldn’t use them unless you want bad reviews about delivery of your items I still havnt got my items, they won’t reply to emails or calls and won’t even say what depot it’s at as I would have collected it myself.”

I have spent £2000 on an electric bike, of which I have not seen at all. This was now a week ago and the tracking comes up blank. As well as this there is nobody to talk to on the live chat and I’m seriously doubting the legitimacy of this delivery business.
The bike is a necessity to enable someone with epilepsy to be independent, now I’m £2000 down and I’m the dark on a bike that has been saved for for years.”
“I bought a bed from a company who use XPD. It's been stuck at their delivery depot for nearly two weeks. The company concerned have agreed to refund me the full amount as I'm tired of waiting as soon as they get the goods back but all XPD have put on their tracking link is 'Label Reprint'”

“Worst experience of a delivery company ever. Received no notice of delivery, driver just turned out out of the blue. When I asked the driver to put the big heavy boxes just inside my door he flatly refused and then went on a completely unprovoked angry rant at me for 'treating him like a slave'. Unspeakably rude, borderline aggressive and completely unprovoked. Outrageous. A person with this attitude has no place in a customer facing roll. Will make a formal complaint.”
“awful company with rude drivers. Xdp stated my item was being delivered on a specific day it never turned up. Had 3 missed calls the following morning off the driver, rang him back 1 minute later which obviously wasn’t quick enough for him. After buzzing my door and going to meet him practically shouted at me telling me he’d called me 6 times, basically called me a liar when i said it was 3 times and Id rang him back straight away. Also informed him it was meant to come yesterday. Told me thats not even possible as he had only loaded it in the van so i wouldn’t of been told it was coming yesterday. Shown him the proof on my phone about delivery information which stated was due the day before for him then to say well its obviously someone messing around with the systems isn't it the times done match up with the time the text was sent. How the hell should I know that. He then stormed off. Bear in mind I am Currently 38 weeks pregnant. Never dealt with a more rude delivery driver in my life.”
“Was meant to have a delivery from amazon using xdp between the 27 and the 2nd now the 5th and nothing message amazon they say xdp are processing and xdp saying package need to be released to them given the awful reviews with xdp gonna go with they have either lost it or just dont wanna deliver my package”
“I would give zero I could. This the worst delivery service ever. I doubt there are grown people working deliveries in this company. Even a child will not do this.. You leave a package worth over 200pounds outside without making any contact with customer outside with dumpster in an unsafe environment. And take a photo to say delivered. To who?? I'm asking. How do I know you did not steal it back yourself. You just get up to do deliveries with no proper prompting because you think I got the money to buy the product you came to throw away by just sitting at home with no plans for my life.. to top it off. No one answers and you will spend more pounds just waiting for a ghost to pick your call to complain to. And they will be paid for throwing people's valuables away. Now I'm just frustrated don't know what to do. Poor communication. Zero feedback. I promise I will place this review on any social media platform until someone accounts for this mess.”
“Where is my delivery ??? You can’t phone because the number just cuts the call off the app to track delivery says there is no order with the order code what xdp sent me in a text. So useless company and it looks like I might have to use legal action.”
“Order through secrectlabs and they decided to use this low rate poor company who "attempted delivery" with a close up of van seat. then 2nd attempt with picture of a bus stop saying can't find you. While every other delivery company can find our address even everi can find us. when a simple call to myself could help. The site is so slow sluggish outdate and not function and then they say use our app which doesn't work on any new device. live chat doesn't ever work. no way to call. never respond to the email address they have. 100% avoid if you can and would recommend any company who is thinking about using them to run if you like to keep customers happy. Would of rated 0 if i could.”
