“XDP driver did a delivery at my place on Tuesday 18/06/2024.
I had already indicated where to keep the delivery in a safe place. However, the driver did keep it in another safe place. He just dropped it though the fence gate and I received a damaged item , ordered from The Range. I tried to contact The Range for a refund but in vain .
Who is going to compensate for the damaged item I received and for which I have paid a huge sum?”
“This company is disgraceful.
Do not use xdp.
They are not to be trusted.
I would definitely check who is delivering your parcel and if you see xdp run a mile.

“Disgraceful. Received my parcel at 03.00 and out for delivery at 06.30. No option to change delivery. No phone number and live chat unavailable. There is no way to contact to rearrange. Do NOT use this company. There is no excuse in this day and age for such poor service.”
“awful company, never delivered but referenced they had, would take them two days to contact driver, i tracked delivery on App which said that at time of supposed delivery the driver was 15 miles or more away from my actual home address!!
they wouldn’t give me a number to call customer complaints and refused to phone the delivery driver to ask where he delivered, refused to let me know if a photo of delivery was taken as it didn’t show one on App 😡😡😡😡 god knows where they left it and with who or if i will ever get them 🤷♀️”
“They do not deliver. They send sms and emailed everyday giving a delivery slot and then they never come! This is the worst courrier company that can ever exist. I truly think they are scam and never delived one parcel in their existing. Might be a company for money laundrying.”
“Waited in all day for delivery, then during the delivery slot received an email saying they were unable to deliver... with a rubbish photo from inside a vehicle of the wing mirror! App is rubbish with no ability to reschedule... no live chat available either... really poor, would never trust a company using such a 4th rate delivery company”
“Was told ETA between 4-6. Waited down all day, was told my delivery was ‘next stop’ then suddenly told there was an attempted delivery. No knock or doorbell ring and was sent a photo from a car in a location Ive never seen in my life. Wont even let you reschedule delivery on the app!”
“Delivering to an absolutely obvious work address, Town Hall. ETA 17:45 to 19:45. Stayed in work until 21:00, gave up as still 10 stops away. Turned up 22:00 to deliver and taken a random photo at 20:45 not showing either the package or the location saying delivered. Shocking. I hope it’s hasn’t been nicked before I get to work tomorrow as it’s an expensive item.”
“Got a two hour delivery time 7.09pm - 9.09 pm. At 8pm received an email saying they wouldn’t be delivering.
Told to “re-book a day convenient” to me!
The App didn’t allow re-booking. Laughed at “convenient to me”. Nothing about this delivery so far has been convenient! No idea if or when I will receive my parcel.”
“Unfortunately there is no option for zero star, very very bad service, they arranged for my delivery collection 3 times on 3 different days and no one came”
“No communication at all. Attempted delivery, they hadn’t even notified me of this. 4 days and 2 emails later and I still don’t have my delivery or any response from this company. They’ve been paid for a service and they don’t provide it!!”
“Bed headboard delivered. Clearly dropped in transit, parcel hurriedly shoved in my hallway “we’re not paid to take it upstairs” damage to box hidden by placement. Replacement headboard advised delivery due that morning when I was already away for half term. I called them to say don’t deliver. Message completely ignored and parcel left outside round the back delivery men having helped themselves to opening my gate and deciding this was a safe place. It’s now wet and too big for me to take in anyway so it’s currently still there waiting for them to come back and no doubt chuck it on their van.”

I E-mailed the company 4 days ago. No reply from them.
I googled XDP and someone had asked if it was a real delivery company. Good Question.
I wont buy from any company I know that use this 3rd rate outfit.”
“Awful. Packages delayed, not delivered said they couldn't find address although we had 3 other packages delivered on same day! 2nd package not arrived after 2 weeks. Emailed but no response.”
“Terrible - package pick up has been scheduled 3 different times and nobody has arrived or contacted us.
No contact number to speak with anyone and the package has still not been collected. Ridiculous!!”
