“Wish I could leave less than one star! Our delivery was expected yesterday between 1 and 3 pm and I downloaded the app to track it. At 7.21pm it said our parcel had been delivered and the driver had obviously signed my name on the delivery form. There was also a very dark photo of leaves on some grass! no sign of any parcels at our property or our neighbours. tried to get in touch with the online chat - no response and no response to my email. Now waiting to hear from the company we bought the goods from - hopefully they have more luck getting in touch with this delivery company!!”

“This company is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!! Rude delivery driver!! If you are unable to deliver to flats due to you not being able to enter the building you should state this FIRST! I now have a HEAVY delivery downstairs that I am unable to carry because of a back injury.

“Delivery should have come Monday but never arrived, same again Tuesday and Wednesday, I went into their live chat and was then told my delivery was ‘4 stops away he has been delayed’
It is now Thursday morning so either the driver is lost or is walking with my order,
Their customer services are shocking, you have to queue 20 minutes to get onto their ‘live’ chat, only to then be told it’s on it’s way,
A suggestion for XDP would be to shut up shop and start a travelling circus as they seem to employ a bunch of clowns
Worst courier service available, they can’t even lie properly, if you purchase through a company that uses these I would recommend ordering elsewhere and not giving this cowboy outfit a pound of your money”
“I was supposed to receive my parcel on Tuesday, I was given a 2 hour time slot and downloaded the app so I could follow it and know when it was going to arrive.
1) the driver/GPS didn't update even once, so I ended up leaving for an appointment 3 hours after the time slot ended
2) just in case, I left notes on the door asking for it to be left with a neighbour, which were ignored - presumably because I didn't put this on the app too? Idk.
3) I have since tried to have delivery rescheduled twice, but was only able to pick certain days (which I didn't want) and the parcel STILL didn't turn up anyway! It doesn't look like the parcel even left the depot after Tuesday!
4) I have tried to contact the depot many times, but the agents on the 'live chat' are NEVER available, the phone numbers (which are not even provided on the app OR on the website, I had to Google them!) just lead to answering machines and instructions to call my supplier, as though its the bed company's fault and not XDP, despite them sending me messages to say they have my parcel and will deliver it on Tuesday. I've left messages but highly doubt I will get a call back. Sure, I'll call the bed company, but only to demand they use Hermes to send my parcel - hell, Royal Mail would be better than this junk!”

“Had a delivery of a bunk bed from XDP in four boxes. At first they put 4 incorrect parcels on my doorstep and then drove off. I had to chase them down the street upon realising they were the wrong items. They came back, reloaded the 4 incorrect parcels.
I thought they had then offloaded the correct boxes, but sadly not. They only left 3 boxes from my bunk bed, and 1 box from another bunk bed (same boxes hence confusion). We only realised upon starting construction that we didn't have the full order.
Such a shame companies use these incompetent couriers!”
“Purchased item on Aldi online, Item arrived a day late with no explanation, had to sign for it even though no one else asks for signature EG: Post office, other couriers etc, during time of pandemic this is very bad practice. Driver had no ID, shockingly bad service, never again!!!! Won’t be ordering from Aldi either due to bad experience with delivery. Nothing on XDP site to contact them if there is a problem with delivery.”
“An initial hiccup with initial delivery as my postcode may have been too new to find via Google maps. However, thanks to Maria on Livechat and the delivery driver the following day everything went to plan within the 2 hour delivery slot. (Not the 7am to 7pm slots you tend to get) a credit to the company.”

Original delivery date was supposed to be 13/10/2020 then when that didn't turn up delivery was supposed t be on 14/10/2020 and again no show.

“Unbelievable BAD delivery service!!!! We have been given the run around and so has the actual company who were unfortunate to choose XPD as their courier. If I was aware that the company I ordered goods from used XPD as their courier and had seen these reviews first I would NOT have bothered ordering. In future I will check with companies I order from who their courier is and if it turns out to be XPD I will NOT order from that company. Despite text messages and emails stating specific delivery times a delivery has never appeared. I know we are in Covid-19 situation and there may be some delays. BUT XPD managed to delivery the first parcel we ordered albeit 3 days late but the second parcel has never turned up it is now 2 weeks later. I suspect they've lost the parcel and aren't honest enough to say so! BE WARNED”
“Where to start? Started by failing to get in touch to arrange delivery even though they were provided with email and TWO mobile numbers. Their idea of a “delivery” is to dump over £800 worth of kit on the front garden and drive off just leaving it there? Luckily my wife is a very honest person or they now be struggling to provide a POD. Only delivered half the order then failed TWICE to deliver the remainder despite promising it was being delivered next day.....what they actually meant was next, next, next day as it took them 3 more days to deliver an overnight parcel. They lie, they dump deliveries on your doorstep and drive off.....they are, pretty much, the single worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Incompetent, dishonest, unprofessional. They actually make YODEL look good! They only got one star as you HAVE to put something in there. Avoid at all costs or suffer the consequences.”
“Shocking service driver deliberately hid the fact that they had damaged the goods at some stage since collecting it from the supplier.
How can anybody use a dishonest service like these guys.

The proof of delivery photo is blank. The fake signature photo was added today only (3 days diffenerce, date and time of upload visible in the app) after I tried several times to contact them.
Please note we have two Ring cameras outside out home, there was no delivery attempt on marked day and time, we checked recordings for the whole day.
Previous package was brought two days after delivery date, after several complaints to the sender. Parcel was dropped on the doorstep by courier who then run away without ringing the doorbel or knocking, also the box was already open then crudely glued back. The guy literally tossed it on the doorstep before running to the van, all recorded.on our and neighbors Ring camera.
As the same thing happened now, it is clearly showing that they have thieves in their team. I have no other option but to report the forgery of my signature and theft to the authorities.”

They charge 7p a minute including your provider charge to be told they can’t help and go through the company you ordered from . If the company you order from use this service don’t buy from them .
