“I'm sorry to say this but it's one of the worst delivery companies I've worked with to date. You cannot contact the customer service, you cannot contact the courier either, you only receive a simple message that you will receive the package in an estimated time by the "driver" but you will not receive anything.”

“worst delivery company in the UK - delivery was supposed to arrive 6-8pm, arrived 10pm. was missing 1 of 3 parts which means i was not able to build my bed. 2 days later the delivery driver realised he made a mistake and delivered the missing part. 8 days took customer support to reply to my email and they just told me to contact my supplier.”

I saw that it was delivered according to the carrier but I did not receive it. I saw 2 photos of the package, but when I searched it was not nowhere. The label is not signed, the printed name is not my handwriting. Where is my product? What to do in such cases? It is not a cheap product!! How can they to put it down in an open place anywhere anyone can take it???? Outrageous!
I tried everything. Not with the neighbors, nowhere. This is a 12-apartment house with an entrance which anyone opens with the trade button during the day. That they thought they would just put it down somewhere, my expensive product. Outrageous!!!!!!”

Delivered only part of order. Says on the app that the order was split at the warehouse but that 'all barcodes delivered'. The wording in the app isn't clear but we think it means that all of it should have been delivered yesterday. Tried to phone immediately after driver had left but couldn't see any way to contact the driver directly so spent 30mins on hold being told I was 1st in the queue, emailed and received an automated response, downloaded the app and tried to use the live chat which was just does not work at all. If I click 'live chat' it goes straight back to the home page.”
“Everything went wrong. You have no way of contacting them – they leave you going round in circles on their app without any way of directly speaking with a human. I got zero response on their 'live chat', and zero response to any of my direct emails. Terrible customer service, terrible customer experience and terrible app. Completely unacceptable.”
“Wish I could leave less than one star! Our delivery was expected yesterday between 1 and 3 pm and I downloaded the app to track it. At 7.21pm it said our parcel had been delivered and the driver had obviously signed my name on the delivery form. There was also a very dark photo of leaves on some grass! no sign of any parcels at our property or our neighbours. tried to get in touch with the online chat - no response and no response to my email. Now waiting to hear from the company we bought the goods from - hopefully they have more luck getting in touch with this delivery company!!”

“This company is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!! Rude delivery driver!! If you are unable to deliver to flats due to you not being able to enter the building you should state this FIRST! I now have a HEAVY delivery downstairs that I am unable to carry because of a back injury.

It is now Thursday morning so either the driver is lost or is walking with my order,
Their customer services are shocking, you have to queue 20 minutes to get onto their ‘live’ chat, only to then be told it’s on it’s way,
A suggestion for XDP would be to shut up shop and start a travelling circus as they seem to employ a bunch of clowns
Worst courier service available, they can’t even lie properly, if you purchase through a company that uses these I would recommend ordering elsewhere and not giving this cowboy outfit a pound of your money”
