Awful experience with this delivery company. Gave me 2 delivery times and turned up for neither which was a huge inconvenience as we didn’t live in the house at the time, then delivered in the evening at a time that they were not to and left the delivery ‘in a safe place’. The delivery was a bed and they left it outside in the snow!!! The next day I went to the property to find it outside the front door and too wet and damaged to use. Almost to ridiculous to be true but sadly it is.

What a mickey mouse outfit this I too would have given it a negative score if it had been possible. My promised date by the manufacturer was the 28/02/20 however on the 27/02/20 at 8-o-clock in the morning I received a message to say that it was for delivery that day. After re-scheduling my day I waited and waited NOTHING. at 4-30 received a message to say that the driver had been unable to deliver as no one was in, what a joke.I still have not been able to contact XDP on the number givem to re-deliver. Phone answering machine states unable to take a call and YOU CAN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. How this outfit is still in business is beyond me.

How so true all of the negative reviews are. Still waiting for a delivery that was expected 4 hours ago. Fortunately the contract I entered into was with the furniture company who used these cowboys so I am not even going to contact XPD I will be in touch with the furniture company tomorrow. Trying to track the parcel on line is a joke! Why do companies use this delivery service given the reviews are so poor?!

I have ordered some thing and the supplier uses XDP for the courier service, I used my work place as the delivery address as some one is in all day, they have 3 times now delivered out side of office hours despite the supplier I bought from requesting office hours delivery, every time they attempt to deliver they send an email asking me to ring a number to arrange delivery, I must have rung this number 50 times over 3 days at various times of the day and no one answers, How do they expect to sort issues like this if they do not answer the phone, this is the worst courier service I have ever experienced

If I could leave 0 stars I would have. Terrible company said my parcel was coming twice, never and I mean NEVER turned up they don't answer emails. To call them is 7p per minute and when you get through they won't talk to you unless you are a supplier.

Initial notifications by email and text were great. However the online tracking was appalling. Downloaded the app and all it would tell me over the course of 4 hours was that the driver was on delivery 2 with another 32 before mine. Delivery estimate was 1648-1848. No sign. At 2050 there was a knock on our side door-no idea why the driver didn’t knock in the front door...! Checked online and the status had been changed to show it had been delivered at 1722. No time showing on the signature my husband had given. An afternoon/evening ruined. First and hopefully last time I will ever be using this company

Had a time sensitive parcel which was meant to be delivered to me by this company. I got an email the day before delivery saying that they had it. I was told by the sender that it should be with me the next day. The next day I emailed for an approximate ETA and was told it wasnt coming "due to flooding". I rang up as there was no flooding near us and was told that they had delivered that day to HR1 and HR4 but werent doing HR2 due to flooding. I explained that the vast majority of HR2 had no flooding and the customer service lady agreed as her son lives here too, but they still said no. They had blocked the whole postcode area instead of checking where there were problems!!!!! Stupid thing is that HR1 had large areas that were underwater but HR2 had no flooding that day! Also they had to drive through HR2 to get to HR1 and HR4! Our house is less than 2 minutes drive from the road that they came on to get to HR1 and HR4! Three days later I am still waiting for my parcel and they still cant tell me a time for delivery which is meant to be today! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

Apart from setting the house on fire and telling them to head towards the smoke they couldn’t find there way out of a phone box 4 days of headache and still no delivery I’m asking for my money back horrendous service there reviews says it all .

I wish I could give no stars. This company is an utter disgrace. From now on I will confirm who the carrier is before ordering items. I would rather do without something that deal with xdp ever again. I just cannot believe that they get any business at all.

Honestly can’t fault this delivery service. We read all the reviews and was a bit scared. I emailed the deli every company within minutes they replied. Our delivery driver was so polite and helpful. Would defiantly use them again :)

F**k me after reading this lot I wished I never ordered anything from wayfair that uses XPD got a time slot between 12 & 2 it’s now 3.45 I suppose won’t be getting it till next week

When tracking the item it says delivery 9.15pm to 11.15pm and email sent. neither came

Still waiting for a delivery promised 4 days ago. Should really have a negative score. I and my family will not be ordering anything from Wayfair again. Nobody has replied to me from either XDP or Wayfair. As delivery not yet arrived I am unable to answer 3 out of the 4 questions below. Survey could really do with a "Don't know nothing is happening" box to tick.

ZDBESY000531. So I order a table from Wayfair on the 3rd Feb, I am told delivery on the 13th, okay I think. Then suddenly an e-mail delivery Friday 7th even better! Thursday 6th I get another e-mail: delivery between 13.56 and 15.56 not the best I had been planning to get away early but okay. 16.30 no table so I e-mail XDP, no reply! 17.09 I get the we have attempted delivery and my have left a card lie. Err no you didn't I was hear all the time. Complain to Wayfair, they are nice but ineffectual, I am told delivery Monday 10th between 8am and 8pm with a promise of 2 hour time slot texted to me in the morning. Afternoon comes no text no table! 8 o'clock comes still no table. Tuesday dawns e-mail from Wayfair still apologising, still ineffectual. I am at home reading this litany of dreadful reviews, at my computer when I get an e-mail from XDP saying a delivery had been attempted. I don't know where they went but it wasn't here. They had been told to call and provided with numbers, the phone has not rung. Never ever again. And I still don't have my table.

This lot are useless and you cannot contact them, online tracking is rubbish and only depot contact is a mobile number with a full mailbox that is switched off . Retailers need to wise up and stop using this lot (Wayfair please note)

This company should be investigated How is this company even trading. An absolute disgrace. I bought a bed from an Amazon store online4discounts (useless company and rude customer service (Sean). When my item didn’t arrive, online4discounts produced a “signed” delivery receipt from XDP. Impossible that this could have been signed because we were all still on holiday and not due back until the following morning! Our Flight tickets were sent to online4discounts proving this and they STILL insisted it was delivered! I called the courier company twice and was on hold for 40mins then 30mins. Their answering service even says that if you’re calling about missing parcels, you will have to call the company from which the item was purchased. So their missing item rates are so high that they feel this needs to be in a recorded answer service! After many weeks of getting nowhere and about to arrange a small claims for my missing item and loss of earnings as I had 2 unpaid days from work, Amazon A to Z arranged a refund. This XDP is disgraceful as are online4discounts for even using them. Readers will see that this is quite common practice for both these companies.. just scroll through the reviews. I wish I had seen them before!

Would give this courier a zero but not possible and a wide berth. They are absolute rubbish. Cost me a day’s annual leave and didn’t even bother to turn up. Added to that they then send me an email to say they attempted delivery!!! I didn’t have a choice as it was a Wayfair delivery.
