“So my delivery didn't turn up yesterday and the app doesn't work properly neither does the tracking system. Can't get hold of anyone so decided to go to the police to report them for theft of my goods. I've also complained online and reported them to trading standards. I will go out my way to make sure these people suffer the consequences. Dont mess with loyal genuine customers. I've seen everyone suffering on their reviews thanks to these nasty people so taking it upon myself to get something done about it. Im also setting up a petition to get them shut down.”
“Bad communication, they don’t tell you when they are coming, they just arrive.
The app isn’t in touch with reality, gives you loads of useless updates that parcel is at the depot, then say it’s going to delivered in a 2 hour slot which comes and goes. This happened 3 times.
Also, should you need to speak to them because of their poor communication skills, they have the cheek to charge a premium rate number which you pay per minute even whilst on hold.
Then you try the app to talk to them and fill the form in even though the stupid thing already knows about your consignment. Then, you have to sit and wait for someone to answer which they don’t. But, if your phone screen turns off and you tap it to wake it back up, guess what, yep you’ve guessed it, it has an empty form for you to fill in again because we’ve all got loads of time to waste.
If anyone that I order from ships with XDP in the future, I won’t buy from them.”
“Horrendous, ordered a mirror and they delivered it smashed to pieces!! I called the range and they sent a replacement. THAT ONE WAS ALSO SMASHED!! From the reviews im unsure why any company that values their customers would use this cowboy delivery company!! Absolutely awful and useless the person in charge should be ashamed!”
“Dreadful dishonest company, if I could give 0 stars I would, claimed to have delivered but I have been in all day, not only that I have been working in the garden all day, impossible to miss them, the app states they delivered (funnily enough no delivery photo) I can 100% say they have not. Their online 'chat' facility is non existent as always says no-one is available and when you try calling (at 7p a minute) they will not take calls from delivery recipients only from their direct customers ie. the seller.
As with so many unreputable 'cheap' delivery companies I have no doubt that my item has been stolen in house. Now I face a fight with the seller to get my money back! NEVER buy from a seller who ships via XDP”
“Again dissatisfied & angry people. My husband cancelled a order from Aldi over 4 weeks ago, got fed up waiting for it to arrive. But of the blue last Thursdsy a ring on the doorbell, guy from XDP said 'we have your item!! My husband said we've cancelled it. They would not take it back so Aldi arranged for another courier Furdeco to collect it yesterday between 1pm - 4pm. I rang Furdeco to confirm it was being collected. Oh! they called between 1pm - 1.20pm. No such thing, they lied. In all day, could see the road & had a window open to hear a lorry come. XDP & Furdeco are disgusting firms. How can these companies operate.”

“Xpd collected my goods 7.4.22 and as of 14.4.22 still not managed to deliver. Had text stating delivery 13.4.22 but this didn't happen .no updates and their tracking system does not work. Had problems with this company before and looking at reviews they don't care. They must be cheap,that's why suppliers use them.please leave negative reviews on suppliers website then they may stop using this company

“This company is disgusting and awful and they don't care about their customers. I have been trying to get them to collect a cabinet i ordered from Argos since the 31st of March and on the 31st of March when i first arranged the collection they never showed and i was never given any notification then on April 8th they came to collect a completely incorrect address then didn't bother to come collect my cabinet day and then they said as it had already been marked down as collected on the system they couldn't change it. So i rearranged a collection for today and they've said that they haven't collected my cabinet today because they have a back log and deliveries take priority over collections.
I have cerebal palsy and anxiety and because of this company i've been highly stressed out, unhappy, and disrespected.”
“This is by far the worst delivery company I have ever used. I bought a bed through Wayfair, which is normally a really good company with great customer service, and things arrive on time when they work with other delivery companies that are not XDP. The bed was supposed to come on a certain date, but I called Wayfair in advance to see if it was possible to change the delivery date - which they went above and beyond trying to contact XDP to change it. However, I was waiting for an update from XDP to tell me if they would be able to deliver on that day or not - but nothing. They ended up sending me a text 10 MIN before delivering and I left work running to go home and receive the item, but they had already left. They did not leave a card, a contact, anything. It has been a week and they haven't updated their tracking system, they have not contacted me, I call their number and it says "you're next in the queue" but I have been waiting for 15 m and nothing; I send emails, they don't reply and the live chat does not work. What the hell? I have literally no bed to sleep on and have been sleeping on the floor. There is also no place to place a complaint! It's really unacceptable and I will never again order anything that will be delivered by this company.”
“Delivery driver left email saying delivery was left in a safe place at home address... I was at the time...looked high nd low..not in front garden or yard at rear ..rang customer services..after on hour of waiting eventually got through to be told ..there was a picture of sumone accepting delivery with a white door!! Practically every house in the street has a white door!! Asked does it show house number? Or surname of this person. She replied..no. Only the door,and that I would have to get intouch with suppliers..
Luckily it was at my next door neighbour...they got a card put through their door.... work that one out. Think companys should think twice about using this joke of a firm...”
“I wouldn't even give them 1 star if the review system didn’t require it. Atrocious company. I have been waiting for a shed from Aldi for 6 weeks. I have complained to Aldi and asked why they are using such a rubbish company. They say it’s head office’s decision. I tried to contact XDP direct but it costs 59p per minute to call them so I won’t bother again. Their tracking system is also rubbish - they don’t update and now I’m getting a message saying it’s not a secure site.”
