“This company is disgusting and awful and they don't care about their customers. I have been trying to get them to collect a cabinet i ordered from Argos since the 31st of March and on the 31st of March when i first arranged the collection they never showed and i was never given any notification then on April 8th they came to collect a completely incorrect address then didn't bother to come collect my cabinet day and then they said as it had already been marked down as collected on the system they couldn't change it. So i rearranged a collection for today and they've said that they haven't collected my cabinet today because they have a back log and deliveries take priority over collections.
I have cerebal palsy and anxiety and because of this company i've been highly stressed out, unhappy, and disrespected.”
“This is by far the worst delivery company I have ever used. I bought a bed through Wayfair, which is normally a really good company with great customer service, and things arrive on time when they work with other delivery companies that are not XDP. The bed was supposed to come on a certain date, but I called Wayfair in advance to see if it was possible to change the delivery date - which they went above and beyond trying to contact XDP to change it. However, I was waiting for an update from XDP to tell me if they would be able to deliver on that day or not - but nothing. They ended up sending me a text 10 MIN before delivering and I left work running to go home and receive the item, but they had already left. They did not leave a card, a contact, anything. It has been a week and they haven't updated their tracking system, they have not contacted me, I call their number and it says "you're next in the queue" but I have been waiting for 15 m and nothing; I send emails, they don't reply and the live chat does not work. What the hell? I have literally no bed to sleep on and have been sleeping on the floor. There is also no place to place a complaint! It's really unacceptable and I will never again order anything that will be delivered by this company.”
“Delivery driver left email saying delivery was left in a safe place at home address... I was at the time...looked high nd low..not in front garden or yard at rear ..rang customer services..after on hour of waiting eventually got through to be told ..there was a picture of sumone accepting delivery with a white door!! Practically every house in the street has a white door!! Asked does it show house number? Or surname of this person. She replied..no. Only the door,and that I would have to get intouch with suppliers..
Luckily it was at my next door neighbour...they got a card put through their door.... work that one out. Think companys should think twice about using this joke of a firm...”
“I wouldn't even give them 1 star if the review system didn’t require it. Atrocious company. I have been waiting for a shed from Aldi for 6 weeks. I have complained to Aldi and asked why they are using such a rubbish company. They say it’s head office’s decision. I tried to contact XDP direct but it costs 59p per minute to call them so I won’t bother again. Their tracking system is also rubbish - they don’t update and now I’m getting a message saying it’s not a secure site.”
“Absolutely disgraceful courier is XDP. My husband ordered a shed from Aldi on the 26th February. After quite a few calls to Aldi we eventually over 3 weeks later had a delivery time slot from XDP, & saying we were next. The time slot came & went, still no shed!! There tracking is non existent & cannot get in touch with them either.
It beggars belief how this company is still operating & why Aldi is still using them. Avoid at all costs.
We are in the process of getting a refund from Aldi.”

The recliner I bought has been in there warehouse for over a week and they never even contacted me about delivering it, I got back on to the retailer I bought it off and xdp would not answer there phone calls either..whoever runs xdp needs to be sacked

“I ordered a bookcase from Roseland Furniture, it took ages for them to collect it. I was told estimated delivery would be 4th, today I have been in waiting and suddenly got a message to say it had been delivered. No delivery has been made you can’t contact them so now I have to wait for Roseland to look into it and then try and get my money back just appalling”
“Delivery cancelled on the day of delivery on multiple occasions. No reason for this given. When trying to rebook delivery the 2nd time around the app/website simply says 'no dates available'. Live chat just crashes/doesn't function. Customer service has an endless wait though 1st in the queue, WHILE CHARGING YOU!!!!!

“This has to be the worst experience ever. They delivered an item which had already been cancelled and refunded by leaving it in the front garden and then when collection was requested by the supplier they claimed they would pick up the next day. Utter rubbish. Got a text for 10 days running saying my collection is next. The driver never turned up and I am still waiting. I never write reviews, but I really don't want anyone else going through this nightmare. Deserves no star and should be out of business.”
“Similar to other reviews, items were out for delivery, got the text to say my item was the next stop and to sign to generate the QR code. Then got an update to say the delivery had failed, and a picture of the inside of the van. Repeated attempts to contact live chat, email and phone all unanswered. Disgraceful, have never had poor service like this. I can't believe large companies are using this "courier service". Now opened a dispute with the seller, who say XDP may take up to 72 hours to get back to them. Won't hold my breath to receive the items! Can only assume the positive reviews here are fakes written by the company. Utterly shambolic.”
“Wow! What an awful delivery service! Got a date for mattress delivery- we were all home, car in drive, lights on - got “carded” as not being in and some random photo of the delivery label - who knows where it was taken but certainly not in front of my property! On the useless tracking app it stated an email was sent - nope! Called supplier who advised delivery would be made - again - between 7.38 and 9.38pm Friday - no surprise here - didn’t turn up ! Now supplier is chasing and XDPEXPRESS will respond in 48 hours! I wouldn’t hold my breath - you can’t contact them, they don’t respond to emails and they don’t respond to reviews either! The questions below this review box are unanswerable as there has been no contact or any form of communication available with XdpExpress! If I could give zero stars I would! No responsibility taken for non delivery and shoves it right back on to the supplier! XdpExpress they are paying you to deliver a service which you are not doing !”

“Rubbish delivery company. Received a message saying the item was delivered at 3:30 with no delivery made. Delivered to the wrong address at 5:30 and took me days hunting for the item location. Knocking on doors. If i could give them no stars i would.”
“I ordered my flooring and was told when it was dispatched to you for delivery. Expected delivery was by monday 28/3/22. I received a message saying my package was allocated for 1202-205pm Sunday but did not arrive I had to cancel a long awaited hospital appointment to wait in for this. It was finally delivered at 1350 tuesday 29th this was really unfair to receive information by message that was obviously misleading”
“If I could give zero stars I would!! Was given a delivery slot for Monday, delivery didn’t arrive. Kept checking the app then today Friday was given another delivery time slot and delivery has not arrived again. My Aldi garden furniture has been in their delivery depot since 19th March it’s 25th now.
