“My package of 2 parts being delivered separately! Finally on the second day the driver arrives 1hour later than scheduled to say he can't deliver the package as he's got heavy boxes on top of it so can't get it out of the van. One man delivery service? What's the actual point? No one answering the emails or phone calls. Worst courier service ever! So now I have a package for which I'd electronically signed for , this was sent in a text to save time apparently, I literally signed because the van was outside my house, never in my life been told the delivery wasn't happening because the driver can't actually get box's out of his van. This company is a joke.”
“Been notified 3 times that delivery is coming yet still no delivery. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with . Trouble is you speak to suppliers and they talk to these clowns and end up fobbing you off. Before I make any more purchases on line I will check to make sure these are not the delivery coming 😡😡😡”
“Heard nothing from this company about when my furniture was going to be delivered until the morning of delivery. No option to choose a safe place or alter the date of delivery. Downloaded the app so I could track delivery; was supposed to arrive between 4-7pm which suited me as I would home from work. Arrived home at 3.30pm & the furniture had already been delivered & dumped on my doorstep & had been there for at least 3 hours. No email to say it had been delivered until 7pm which according to the driver was when it had been delivered! He also signed for the delivery himself with the phrase 'delivered safely' which apparently means dumped outside a house. It was pure luck no-one had taken it. Shockingly bad service.”

“Delivery slot of 1800-2000 hrs given which is late anyway. 2200 hrs at last driver is about 25 mins away from me - received message to say I’m next. 1 minute later - a notification, sorry we missed you!! unable to deliver - re-arrange. No facility to do this they automatically re-arranged a next day delivery to the following week!! Emails sent - ignored. Complete failure as a delivery company. Wickes use this company for delivery and for that reason I will never order from Wicked again. They also failed to secure a suitable delivery and to respond to the issues of failed delivery and the lies about me not being home for the delivery. Disgusted and frustrated.”
“Such an awful company,still waiting for my parcel they said they tried to deliver but didn't, can't get on chat, no one picks up the phone or answers emails, so upset as item is required for a weekend party for my dad's 95th birthday. Minus -10 stars. Contacted the seller on amazon and he is having same issues with the courier. I'm just going to sack it off and get my money back and buy elsewhere.”

“This company are hopeless and totally customer UNfriendly! A simple task of delivering a door from Wickes to a city address. Updates on the day said they were on their way, a delivery slot between 14.21-16.21 but never arrived. Tracking says delivered and a photo of a hedge which is nowhere near our property as proof. Later on the tracking says returned to depot as unable to deliver. Now no sign of the door and wickes don’t have any more in stock so unable to finish the job!! I copy / paste the consignment number into the XDP app to make a complaint but it now doesn’t recognise the consignment number. Absolutely hopeless!! Avoid XDP at all costs!!”
